Great service and experience from start to finish with Richard, Luke and the whole team at Acorn Catford, and a special shout out to Arikson Franco who was fantastic throughout the whole conveyancing process. Thanks Franco! I also chose Acorn at Catford as I remember them from when I was buying in the area - they were the agents that stood out in terms of local knowledge and straight talk. Like many vendors these days, I looked into the option of online estate agents but think it's a false economy compared with good high street agents like this Acorn branch - also when you factor in the number of viewings and interest they generate. Thanks again guys.

We were first time buyers new to the Catford area and had a great experience with Acorn - especially Arikson Franco. He was professional and friendly throughout, and especially honest during the viewing process which was appreciated. He went above and beyond to liaise with solicitors and push things along, especially when we were nearing the end of our rental contract and needed a quick exchange. Highly recommend.

Amazing service from Lilia at Acorn Eltham, within a day of contacting her regarding a property we had been into view and accepted on a flat. She kept us up to date with any issues that came up and sorted everything out promptly. Great to have an agent that really cares about tenants as much as landlords and makes sure that they are well suited to each other. Me and my partner are extremely happy in our new home and I’m hoping this will be the start of a long relationship with acorn eltham, through renting and eventually buying!

I've just sold my house through Acorn; James and George made the experience as painless as possible. It is never a particularly easy process, but the team were extremely helpful, very communicative and highly professional at all times. I bought the house originally through this branch of Acorn and then used them as letting agents when I had to move for work. You hear all sorts of horror stories about estate agents; if you want to avoid the hassle, choose this branch! Thank you all again.

These guys were seriously amazing. I could not recommend them highly enough. I switched agents to Acorn because of the seriously poor service I had received from my previous agent. Acorn were very sympathetic to all the drama I had been through and really looked after me. If you want an agent who is professional, experienced, reliable and most importantly honest then these guys are for you. I was so fed up with the previous lies I was spun through my other agent. Acorn's honesty was a breathe of fresh air. The whole team are friendly, helpful and refreshingly honest.
