I honestly cannot fault the service from the Sales division - Arikson Franco provided fantastic support throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent - proactive and responsive which was important for me as an overseas seller. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and pragmatically to ensure the sale stayed on track. Highly recommend Arikson if you're looking for an experienced, highly professional and hard-working agent who has your back.

Arikson Franco is a model estate agent. After months of looking for a property, he found the perfect one for us within a couple of weeks.

He went above and beyond at every corner from using his imitative to chase up solicitors, ordering quotes for us when there were issues and ensuring that everything we asked for was followed up on. It sounds like I’m making it up, but really these estate agents are brill with everyone else we interacted with being incredibly professional as well (incl. Max who was fab).

I’m telling everyone looking for a house to register with Acorn Catford and when we sell we will certainly be using them again!

I would highly recommend Langford Russell, the West Wickham Branch. All the team are polite and professional. We have dealt with Josh Sladden many a times and we have always found this a pleasure. I strongly advise against using Acorn to manage your rented property. We had a disastrous year with them and found it impossible to get any communication from them. The tenants were extremely cross because they couldn't get hold of Acorn and the problems weren't getting fixed. They took months to refund mistakes on the account. Their plumbers were very untrustworthy (a second opinion confirmed a tap needed a new washer and not a full tap replacement). We have now transferred to Winkworth who already seem considerably more professional and reliable.
