We had such a great experience with Arikson who went above and beyond to help us with our first time purchase. He was always on hand to answer any queries and during the lead up to exchange did everything he could to make sure it went through, even though there were a few issues (which weren't his fault). We felt lucky that we had him on our side! I would really highly recommend him and the team.

Franco and Kadeem were very quick to reply to any correspondence i put their way. Once we found the home we wanted to buy Franco was extremely diligent answering all my calls and emails very quickly. We were always kept in the loop and Franco ensured that our sale (via another Agent) was always on course as well as the purchase at their end. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Communication in these situations are key and these guys deliver!

Franco found the right place for me before it even went on the market officially. He has been excellent all along as have all the other Acorn staff from other branches. I was initially selling through Purple Bricks and reluctant to pay the additional % but I honestly don't think my house would have sold. The difference it can make if you buy and sell through the same agent is enormous and Acorn is very good at keeping the chain together without being pushy. Thoroughly recommended.

The lettings team helped us find a new property to rent and were also finding tenants for the property we were vacating. I was a returning customer to Langford Russell because of the customer service. Much preferred to other letting agencies I have worked with in the past.

This branch of the company is giving the whole of the company a very bad name! I paid a total of £5,940.00 for a very sub standard service and I'm very cross! How they justify this amount is beyond belief!!! From the very start they got my details badly wrong and from there on the service went quickly downhill. I will be pursuing this further.

Jake, Chris and the team helped us sell our property in Bromley after another local estate agent failed to get any real interest after 6 months. The team were fantastic not just in advertising and getting good quality viewings and then an offer, but also supporting us through the rest of the process that had a number of complications.

They were polite, regularly updated us on progress and effective at selling our property. We would recommend them to anyone.
