It has been a very difficult and very long chain through no fault of Acorn's. On the lookout for a new place to call home, we were so nervous about the many obstacles we thought we'd be facing. And having talked to other estate agents, who weren't exactly the friendliest, this nervousness only became worse. Until we had a chat with Lilia at Acorn! Lilia reassured all our worries, and found us a wonderful place well within our budget. She guided us through every step along the way, with honest and positive feedback. Joy also deserves a mention, as she was really quick with the (digital) paperwork and responding to our queries. My wife and I recently brought our first property. Having contacted numerous estate agencies, who would offer us properties which were not what we were looking for, out of our budget or how cancelled viewings for no real apparent reason, we contacted Acorn Eltham about a property and spoke to Jonathan. He then suggested a property which we had not seen or considered, but met our requirements and has now become our home. Eltham Acorn and Jonathan in particular were brilliant throughout the entire process. Jonathan kept up well informed and assisted us with all of our questions. Even now that the purchase has been completed, Jonathan continues to assist us. I would highly recommend Eltham Acorn following our experience and wish to add that Jonathan is an asset to their team.
