I couldn't recommend KFH in Southfields more highly. From the initial meeting for a valuation (for rental and sales) Jay and his team have gone above and beyond to provide assistance, without being at all pushy, which I have experienced at other places. They were extremely informative, proving a lot of information I could take away and review about the local area, similar properties they had sold and let, and how the market is. Throughout the renovation of the flat prior to putting it on the market, they were so helpful in offering advice, and even went to the property to ensure everything was cleared after the builders were there so it was completely ready for the new tenants to move in. The entire process from start to finish has been run extremely professionally and went so smoothly - they are an exemplary team! Thanks also to Keith and Grace who have provided continued support when we have been out of London, but still managed to ensure all the paperwork was sorted for us. A huge thank you!... Read more

However, when we contacted Keith at KFH Southfields directly he was able to show us a number of high quality lettings which fit our criteria. Matthew Keddo: Our Sales Negotiator who went above and beyond what we expected. He stayed calm, professional and efficient when managing difficult situations and his communication skills are excellent. I had no idea that selling an apartment could be so fraught with snags etc. When at times I thought I was trapped in a Monty Python sketch, he was a calm voice on the phone, resolving everything. Matthew does what he says he will do. If he says he's going to call, he calls. Even if there aren't any developments to report. In an age where many hide behind voicemail or blame the Pandemic, he just gets the job done. I highly recommend Matthew and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. Their fees are considerably less than the psychiatrist's bills you would probably need to pay if you tried to sell your property yourself! A big thank you to everyone.... Read more

I cannot recommend the people at KFH in Southfields more, and in a world where sites like Purple Bricks exist, they truly showed why paying for an estate agent to act for you is in fact still the right approach to buying a property. From day one, they came in with a professional yet positive approach to our move. Always optimistic, yet not afraid to be realistic too, which we really appreciated. They had our Flat on the market in record time, in before we knew it, we had an offer! We were selling a shared ownership property, which we thought may cause issues, however they helped guide us overcome all kinds of hurdles, some of which involved them going well above and beyond there roles. This trend continued when it came to exchanging, which due to other parties was made to be very challenging and stressful. When all other parties went quiet or slowed down, made ridiculous requests or became tricky, they were the only party to continue fighting our corner and advise in a calm and professional manner. Finally, they constantly kept us updated every step of the way, which sounds simple, but I believe is a key part of great customer service in there field that seems to be greatly missing from other estate agents / solicitors. This was invaluable, and without them, we would not have exchanged in time to make the cut off date for the stamp duty and purchase our new home. I would specifically like to thank Laura and Lloyd, who genuinely cared about us, and were willing to fight for us when no one else would. Laura Thompson - this sales negotiator is proactive, responsive, patient, efficient and willing to offer expertise or assistance in every area of the buying/selling process. Myself and my husband have had so many problems with our solicitors and yet Laura persevered and 'got the job done' with the upmost professionalism one could expect!
