Most disappointing letting experience of my life. Used Highgate branch previously and had a good experience, expected similar. Did not receive this. Poor at communicating and responding to issues. Arrived at check in with half a set of keys and the offer from one of their employees to break the back door in for us or wait until Monday to get access to the back of the property we needed to move out stuff in. luckily they have a good range of properties but their customer service is poor at best.

Emily was a top class agent and very grateful that she was handling my quick move to London! She provided clear and consistent communication at all stages despite it being over the festive period. Emily was super efficient, friendly and reliable. She is definitely the best estate agent I have dealt with and l have dealt with a few! Many Thanks ????

I have had to deal with Chancellors in Stanmore regarding the purchase of a property. I have been disappointed by the incompetence, laziness and rudeness of the staff at Chancellors. When I have asked them for important information in regards to the property I have been told I will get a call back within a few hours and have had to chase daily for weeks to get a reply. They also have the audacity to lie about things that have been said in previous conversations, as well as losing important documents.

We also booked viewings with Chancellors however the people who owned the houses we were coming to view didn't know about the viewing. This happened on two separate occasions.

I find the team here utterly unprofessional.

I'd recommend using Gibbs Gillesbie in Stanmore as they can't be worse than Chancellors.

James Livingstone and Richard Alexander well what can I say really the worst lettings agents I have ever come across. They do not care about the client, lie and rude. They are down right crooks! if anyone has any dealings with them then please do so with caution. There is no good reason why you should ever let a property through them, on viewings they make you feel forced and uncomfortable. there are plenty of other agents in the area that you can use and I have now found a property somewhere else. I hope that they will be avoided at all costs and forced to leave the company, maybe then I will reconsider using them.
