Not happy with the service they didn't do the things they promised to do. Like keep us informed and be there for viewings and throughout the sale. I had to chase to get buyers details when sale was agreed there was no formal letter just a short hurried email after I had chased. Beware of sales progression they are there to make sure the sale goes through, they look after their own interests not yours. In our case they seemed to be trying to get us to do everything to please the buyers even to reduce on the price when we stated at the beginning we agree to the buyers reduced price but there would be no further reductions, it was not subject to survey. Buyers had survey and tried to reduce the price just before exchange of contracts we gave a firm no. Anthony Quirk suggested we could pay half to let the sale go through. Hell no! Sale went through without further reduction but we were not pleased. Also agreeing dates of completion was not easy lots of pressure to agree to the buyers completion dates. We compromised at the end of the day. I am so glad its all over its all been very stressful.
