Recently viewed a property and subsequently offered. They were late to the viewing (which happens). After the initial offer i was called regularly asking what my best and final offer was, but after i made an improved offer i never received a call to inform me that we were not successful. Instead i received an automated email saying i had not been successful. I find it incredibly rude. Certainly won't be pushing me on to other properties they may have. Not a good experience....

Called for information on property. Was told it is available, then said that the vendor didn't want me to view it. I had traveled from London and they let me know when i arrived. They then tried to compensate this and book me into a property they explained that i would fall in love with. I went to the other property and a minute before had a call again to say i cannot view. Wasted a precious day trying to view and felt like they didn't care about me as they was all laughing at me.
