We were lied to throughout our time with Fisks, told on 3 seperate occasions that their Docklands branch would advertise our property, when we called to verify they said they had no knowledge of our property and only dealt with their area. Albie said his granddad started the business which is another lie. They were rude to Our neighbours and threatened that they would sue us when we said we were leaving and no longer wanted them to sell our property.

Our sale was a difficult one to say the least. Issues with the buyers solictor being rather slow and problems with further down the chain caused or sale to take 13 months to complete, not helped by the fact that I live in Canada. Through all of this fisks have been brilliant, especially Taris. He has gone above and beyond at every point, from meter readings, running paperwork backwards and forwards to making sure the furniture and contents went to people in need. He has always got back to me same day with any questions I have, and gone out of his way to get me answers when no one could help.
If you are thinking of selling or buying, Taris is the person to go to. He is outstanding, unlike some Estate agents that do the bare minimum. Taris goes the extra mile every day for his clients. He is honest, reliable and conscientious. We cannot recommend him and the team he works with enough.

Simon and his team were truly great selling our house, the sale of the house was a very bumpy experience but Simon and the team smoothed it out. At one point it looked like we were having to change solicitors ( must add not our solicitors fault ) so Simon arranged other solicitors,as they were more expensive he even arranged for them to give us a discount. In the end we stayed with the original solicitors. Before Fisk's we were with another local agent without any success so we have been more than happy that we changed as we SOLD.
