Gave Poyntz commission on land to overview our sale. They gave opinion building land was not clear for completion and release of £450,000. A few pieces of litter. They hoped to obtain instruction for sale of new properties from the builder purchasing land. Not to be trusted if any possible conflict of interest. Very tricky and nearly caused a serious failure of the dependent property purchase.

My husband and I had never dealt with such a friendly, professional, kind and hard working Estate agents as Richard Poyntz. Our agent was Richard, who was amazing from the start of what turned out to be quite a long, difficult buying process that lasted approximately 5 months. Throughout the process Richard was patient, helpful and honest and listened to our needs. He went above and beyond in being our bridge to the other side and was never too busy to make time for us. There is not one occasion I can think of where Richard and the team did not do exactly what they promised. All my queries whether by email or phone was always answered promptly even when out of hours. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Richard and he was always personable and kind.
I would highly recommend Richard Poyntz to anyone that was buying or selling a property.
Thanks again to Richard and the team for doing their outmost to get us into our new home before Christmas.

As first time buyers we were quite nervous about purchasing our first property, and very bewildered with the whole process, we also had a difficult time our side with inheritance and probate issues but Richard Poyntz especially Richard Exely calmed our nerves throughout the process of our purchase, highly recommend all who work there.
