Jeffries were quick and efficient to put my house on the market. It sold to the first buyer and throughout the sale to completion ,Miles was on the case.
I finally moved two weeks ago and am very happy with my downsize.

We did our research and knew before appointing them as our agents that they were the best in town and they did not disappoint.
From the initial valuation to exchange/completion, they were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Jessica Stray handled our sales progression and was supportive, understanding and courteous throughout the sale. Jessica was always available to us and kept us informed with any updates, sometimes even before our solicitor had.
I would thoroughly recommend selling your property through Jeffries & Dibbens and had we not moved out the area would certainly use them again if the situation arose.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Gary, Elliot, Rio and everyone at Jeffries & Dibbens Waterlooville for their efforts. We have faced challenges beyond our control while trying to purchase a new house and sell our home. Excellent service. From the initial valuation I was really impressed. It took less than 7 days from valuation to an accepted offer that exceeded expectation. Always responsive, with latest update to hand, and felt progression was pushed for where possible. Great service from Gary, Rio and Miles, as well as various other involved on the way.

We had four valuations which varied wildly. Of them all, Jeffries supplied the most realistic justification for the value based on similar houses so we went with them.
Our house then sold to dream buyers for the asking price on the first viewing. I'd like to think we were just lucky (though obviously there is the nagging thought that we should have asked for more).
The sale went through without a hitch, so Jefferies didn't really have much to do, but I can't fault what they did.

Really disappointed. Survey received from surveyors On Gloucester Road, they devalued it by £25k. Everything was wrong with it but Jeffries advised house was worth the selling price and our surveyor through the bank was wrong and another surveyor would value it differently. My mortgage was rejected as property to much of a risk. House straight back on market and even had a email sent though To me of property’s that might interest you with the house on it. I hope they are honest with new potential buyers on the property although it’s
Gone back up for sale £30k more than valued price. I dislike leaving negative feedback but clearly Jeffries are concerned more about the money and letting people buy an over priced house.
