We recently used A J Eyre and Sons to market and sell our house in Clanfield. We received a fantastic service right from the moment we first spoke to them. The brochure for our property was extremely well presented and we had several viewings resulting in multiple offers.
The moving process was quite drawn out and at times appeared to be very complicated, but we were kept informed and reassured by the team, led by Debbie, who liaised professionally with all other parties involved. I really cannot thank them enough!

I literally can’t recommend the team at A J Eyre enough. We have sold two properties with them and they couldn’t do enough to help. Emma was so professional and friendly throughout the entire process and went above and beyond with chase ups and feedback all the way through.
The entire team made us feel so valued that I feel 5 stars is no where near enough to rate the outstanding service we received.
I’d never use anyone else again, in fact I’m sad it’s all over as I miss them.

However, Debbie saved the day and recommended another property that was just about to go on the market. We saw it first, loved it and had our offer accepted all within two days of the previous purchase falling through.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, courteous and friendly. There is a real sense of the staff doing their utmost to help their clients. In a world where estate agents often have a bad reputation Eyres are the exception. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would most definitely have to give A J Eyre and Sons 5 stars for everything.
My wife had recently lost her mother which was a very upsetting time but from the very first time
we met Debbie she took control and took all that worry away of selling the house. She kept us informed
of everything that was happening and even rang my wife on numerous occasions to see how she was!
It was the compassionate side of the process that went above what was expected.
