I highly recommend Ashton’s. Having rented with them for a few years, I found their service impeccable, always very quick to respond to queries and any issues with the property were never disputed and help was always close at hand.
When I came to purchase my own house, I viewed a few properties on their books, and the agents were never pushy and respected feedback. Sadly, I did not buy through Ashtons. When I considered selling my house recently, I was put in touch with Taylor, whose advice has been invaluable, he has not pushed me to put my house on the market, rather he has supported and assisted me in looking at other avenues. When I decided to stay put, Taylor has helped me with any query I have had, been happy to share his insight and extensive knowledge of the local property market, despite knowing I’m not selling any time soon. When I do come to sell my property, I will without a doubt go straight to Ashtons. They clearly pride themselves on building relationships with clients and local residents.

I was trying to buy a property through Ashtons- Welwyn Garden City. My opinion is that they are very rude and unprofessional estate agents and ripped off me. They blackmailed me to agree for delayed completion after accepted my offer and issued a sales letter and after I spent money for Building Survey and Solicitor by putting the property in the market and blackmailing that they have received better offer.
