"The experience was very unprofessional. Following a viewing, I was requested to send an offer, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone calls over the course of more than two weeks, there was still no communication. Regardless of whether the landlord accepted my offer or not, basic courtesy dictates that I should have been informed of the outcome."

We recently got through all the various hurdles to finally succeed with Completion on the purchase of our new Dream Home in Harpenden.
It's a Huge Personal leap - as we prepare for transitioning from our family Home in Crouch End North London, which we have always enjoyed since moving here in 1975.
We are now overjoyed to be looking forward to settling for our retirement years near our Daughter's family & our precious Grandchildren - and sharing their delight with the friendly Village life which Harpenden offers, and which had also attracted us.
We couldn't have got through to this delightful outcome without the patient encouragement of Lynn Ellis and her team at Savills - including Rebecca, Debbie & Michelle - always facilitating & helpfully stimulating our hopes & positivity, through all the legal & other setbacks & challenges we encountered along the way to purchasing this Leasehold Property - which had so appealed to us on first sight at the very start of this journey back in early September.
With much Appreciation & Thanks to The Savills Team for seeing us through it all - and to be there at the end to hand over Keys, together with the shared Smiles & Congratulations along with an enjoyable Gift Box of delicious Wine.

Samantha, Lynn, Doug and all the rest of the team at Savills Harpenden helped me finally sell my house after over a year of trying.
Throughout they were professional, kept me fully informed, and even in the current difficult economic times, somehow managed to get more viewers than all my previous agents put together. When I needed to exchange by a certain date, Samantha put in a huge effort to chase the solicitors / buyers to push everything through.

We had been looking for a new house for quite a long time and finally found a property that was being marketed by Savills. Our contact was Kris who was exceptional - very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. He guided us through the negotiations and legal side very well and helped to move things along when needed. He stayed in touch throughout the process and worked collaboratively with the other estate agents in the chain to make sure everything went smoothly. We also wanted to take an architect round to make sure we could do the work we wanted to do and Kris and the team were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend Kris and the team in Harpenden.

I wanted to take the time to write a review about my recent experience with savils. From the very start I found the whole process extremely well managed. I meet Ellie who showed me round the property and she was very professional and very helpful. She answered all my questions and was excellent at returning calls and emails and I always felt like I was In Good hands. I was also in contact with Simone who again was extremely helpful and very professional and she kept me updated on developments and also handed me the keys personally. she was always on point and i never felt like I had any issues with the process. I would like to give these two a well deserved five star review. I think they are a credit to savills and I would highly recommend them to friends and family
