Just completed sale of second house I have sold with NH. For both sales, Dave Powell was very charming, and gave very useful opinions and advice, without a ‘hard sell’. He also recommended a solicitor (who was great). Received several offers quickly, and again Dave offered his opinion about each of them. Ami in the sales team was very helpful in ‘encouraging’ the sale along promptly, both with the buyers’ solicitors and with me! All-in-all, I have both times had a positive experience with the team at NH (Burton). I would happily work with them again, and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their own house.
