Previous tenancy manager, Tom, was great and then unfortunately left and was replaced by an incompetent Rajan. The company tried to steal £500 of our deposit without any proof. On multiple occasions i had to email Rajan to gain proof and didn’t receive any replies, I eventually had to call the office in order to speak to Rajan. The deposit dispute went through to the tenancy deposit scheme and was decided by an adjudicator that this company did not have any evidence for trying to steal our deposit.
My advice to anyone is - always fight the tenancy dispute, this company did not have any evidence for stealing our deposit and it was worth the 3 months waiting to get the other £500 back
