Was an easy process of claiming keys and the people at humphreys are amazing so quick with responses and questions. Only let down would be how clean the property was when moving in as it needed a full deep clean before unpacking half of the belongings. With the big deposit was expecting more appliances to be provided then just a tv and a small travel kettle.

The whole experience was incredibly smooth. I am about to rent a student property with N. Humphrey’s and the quality of the place is incredible. Furthermore everything and everyone is really helpful. Especially Danielle is incredibly helpful. From viewing to being always ready to answer and help me understand my (stupid) questions.
Would definitely recommend.

This is the worst housing agency in Derby, whatever you do DON’T rent from them, they let us move into an uninhabitable house with mold, and every furniture broken, tried everything to keep us in that house and would not refund the rent and deposit. They are the worst people on this planet so run from this company or it will be the worst decision of your life!!!.

Nicholas Humphreys and Danielle have been exceptional throughout our tenancy. The property was clean when we moved in, and Danielle has maintained excellent communication with us. She promptly addressed our concerns and guided us appropriately when needed. This final-year tenancy has been fantastic, and we will definitely consider using Nicholas Humphreys again in the future. :)

Gave 3 stars purely for my previous property manager Thomas. He was fab. Always responded and did his best to help me get problems sorted. Since he has left I have heard nothing regarding a severe mould and damp problem I have had for over 2 years now. Every time I call I get told a different answer. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Starting to ruin my sofa but they don’t care. Chain was broken on my front door by a drunk resident of another flat in the building, I have been asking for it to be replaced for 3 years, was finally updated and told I had to pay £70 for a new one. I don’t think so.
