I have been a happy tenant for the past 8 years at a property in Bath managed by Allen & Harris (originally BCS and Touchstone). made an appointment the day before to view a property, fir tree rd. The agents didnt even bother to turn up. When i rung them Ryan because very rude and spoke to me like dirt, claiming i didnt make the appointment. I asked to to remove me from his list. Funny as he had my up to date details on the system which i gave him when making the appointment for viewing. He spoke to me, like a bit of dirt on the floor. What a vile Estate Agency, hang your head in shame !!!!!

We are finding very stressful to deal with these state agents who are managing our rented property. I have a storage cupboard full of items that are not mine including a sac of gravel and an old dirty hoover.
From the items they agreed to put right before we moved in, they hardly have done any and they had a month to organise themselves.
Their decorator has ruined one of the rooms original floor boards by painting it with plastic paint of a shinny white, it is completely ruined. I feel sorry for the landlord and also for us that somehow are supposed to live with this very poor job.
I can see that all the good reviews are from Landlords.... that is not a surprise.
We are keep on going around in circles and the manager is always going to ' look into it' but we are yet to receive a phone call or achieve a satisfactory solution.
