Overall very good service, special thanks to Craig, who was very responsive to my needs as a buyer, and spent a lot of time letting me in the property to take measurements and plan the refurbishment works, ahead of purchase. Points of improvement are (a) need to make property plans precise - the plan of our property's garden wasn't precise and (b) I received some unnecessary pressure to complete faster - however, the service was still better than many other agents I've seen, so thank you for that.

Made a booking to see two flats in Chelsea. Told the agent i was coming from out of London just to see these. Nobody turned up and nobody bothered to call us to inform us. Terrible service. All talk.

The service I received from Maria and then Craig at Clapham Junction was second to none. Both of them and their teams went over and beyond what I could have expected. Having lived in the family home since I was young, this was the first time I had ever sold a house – the home I had lived in for around 45 years. I am not a fan of paperwork at the best of times, but they guided me through every step clearly and carefully explaining everything to make sure I understood exactly what was happening and why. They most definitely went the extra mile with me. The result was a quick sale at a good price enabling me to move on to the next chapter of my life, - buying a new home to be near my family in Norfolk. Barnard Marcus made this happen - I would highly recommend them then to anyone.

Great service working with Barnard Marcus to sort out a flat! Extremely friendly and supportive staff. Clio understood how much we liked the property and was constantly liaising and advising us on ways to secure it and make sure everything went smoothly. Felt like we were working with friends who wanted to actually help us, which was a nice situation. The fact that you don't have to pay a deposit in order to make an offer is such an advantage, which allows flexibility and doesn't restrict you. Definitely recommend.

My first ever renting experience in UK was through Barnard Marcus Worcester Park. I was guided through each step of the renting process. The whole team was very professional and supportive, especially, Charlie, the Letting manager. I had a very busy schedule and the team helped me in such a way that things were easy and quick.
