As first time buyers and new to the process it was daunting at first but from the first point of contact with Ryan we was able to feel relaxed and in good hands. Ryan was knowledgeable and informative and even in his absence his manager Michael was always on hand to tend to our needs.

Ryan and Michael Anthony are simply a class above the rest! I had a tumultuous time with two other estate agents but Barnard Marcus were the only agent to deliver clinically what they had pledged. Ryan's enthusiastic, positive as well as erudite and credible approach kept me confident and assured at all times. This professional stance allowed for my partner and I to achieve asking price on my home and ensured a smooth negotiation and sales process. Special mention also to Michael Anthony who worked tirelessly to have busy days of viewings and in the end, I was afforded the envious opportunity of pondering over 3 strong offers to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend these thoroughly professional Gentleman enough!

Michael and Alex were excellent. Within four days of the flat going on the market, I had six offers. The path to completing the sale wasn't always smooth but they retained their sense of humour and perspective and employed just the right amount of gentle pressure to ensure the entire process was completed comfortably in under 10 weeks.

I was very pleased with your service.
I got sufficient information about the property on paper when I arrived, and the service was professional when we viewed the property.
Really need to listen to potential clients.
We walked in, gave them our details, from the word go we said we're not from the area so we would need some help on that front.
The person we spoke to kept asking us 'how about such-and-such street?'
We kept saying 'We're not from the area, please would you tell us where that is?'
Fox and Sons rep 'It's round the corner from whichever square.'
Us 'We're not from round here, we don't know where that is.'
Fox and Sons 'It's past Sainsburys.'
Us 'We don't know where that is.' etc etc
Even the person sitting next to the rep we were talking too gave us an apologetic look, we weren't being listened to, we went through this conversation four times with four different properties. After about 15 minutes we said our goodbyes, walked out, looked at each other and agreed we wouldn't be going back.
The above mentioned lady is a staff employee of William H Brown of whom worked in this branch but now works elsewhere. This is what gives Estate Agents bad names... and Jonathan G Ross is also has connections with William H Brown. Horrible time dealing with them on the sale of my property, would never use ever again!!!!!! 1 STAR.
We initially used Fox & Sons to find a tenant for a rental property in Brighton and were immediately impressed by the presentation and professionalism of the member of staff from their Lettings department in Western Road who came out to view the apartment. Acting as our sole point of contact, he capably and efficiently guided us through the whole process from initial assessment of our property right through to check-in of the new tenant. Jack’s sheer professionalism coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the Brighton rental market and of the complex and ever-changing set of legal requirements with which landlords must nowadays comply, combined to make what, for a whole range of reasons, can be a stressful and frustrating time for landlords seeking quality tenants for their properties, into a smooth and (almost) painless experience. In fact, so impressed were we by the service received from Jack at Fox & Sons that, a couple of months later, we used their services a second time to find a tenant for another property. Once again, Jack was able to match us up with tenants, this time within just a week of viewing the property, whilst delivering the same exemplary standard of care and professionalism we had enjoyed with the first property.
