I sold my flat in Battersea just over a year ago intending to downsize but stay in the area. I couldn’t find anything before completing on my sale so kind friends let me stay in an empty ex-rental they own in West Sussex. I spent nearly a year looking for another flat in Battersea, during which time I met many different agents from various agencies – most were lovely people, some were outstanding, but none compared to the Battersea Barnard Marcus team. The service and kindness I have received from them have been exceptional – and I am happy to say, that with their help I am now the proud owner of a new home! This is the more exceptional because I am not their client; I am a buyer. I am taking this opportunity to give them an unsolicited review, and once again thank Radhika, Milo, Rhea, Jill (in New Malden) and Russell – and anyone else at the Battersea office whom I didn’t interact with but may have helped with the process. Lauren was great and extremely helpful when looking to rent. She was in constant communication with us and always happy to answer questions. When we couldn’t make it to the property in person, she video called us for a viewing instead. She sent videos upon request and helped us through the process of signing our agreement. Even after the agreement was signed, Lauren helped us navigate through issues we incurred upon the move and kept the process easy. We really appreciated all she did.
