Communication was poor after 4 months of being on the market, lead to believe I would be kept up to date each Wednesday, that never happened and when the enquiries dropped off before Christmas I heard nothing until I took the property off the market.in April and to date after at least three weeks snd of asking the return of my spare key.Twice there was a problem with the person showing a client round,they knocked on the wrong door( they have a key) who was a elderly neighbour snd caused him to worry his flat was being sold and the second was they told a neighbour that the property was on the market as they were waiting for the.Client to turn up. That was my place to let any of them know if I wanted. Not great.!

I had a great experience with Abi at Barnard Marcus. She was friendly, approachable, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. From the start, she came across as genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer questions clearly and keeping me updated throughout.
Highly recommend the Ewell branch , will use again in the future.

I have been using the mortgage services of Sharone through Barnard Marcus since I bought a house through them in 2019 and she has always made the mortgage and remortgage process so straightforward and easy. She is always quick to respond to emails and questions and very patient in explaining the different processes and time frames to me. Most recently she has helped me arrange a mortgage so I could move down to the coast and she took all the stress out of the situation.
