I would like to thank James Ryan from Barnard Marcus Worcester Park for the property valuation provided earlier this week. James was punctual, friendly and professional. James explained the current situation of the local market in detail and provided examples of comparable properties that had recently been sold or were currently being advertised. The valuation provided was clearly explained and was backed up in writing within an hour, which I really appreciated.
