I signed up for Beal's Estate Agents on 4th Jan'2019 at Office.
On account of Unprofessional service and facilities, I asked them to terminate my contract as I was not interested in using inferior and overpriced service.
So, I notified them on 30th March 2019 regarding the termination of the contract, and this is what I got their response.

Not impressed, went on an open day, tried to secure the property (letting) was told it's up to the landlady, no return call they just leave you hanging. Absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs unless you have time to waste.

Disgusting service. We were tennants with beals for 6 months. Paid over 2 thousand pounds in fees to move in plus fees to move out when not our doing. Please do yourselves a favour and rent with another company. Shocking staff attitude too. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I found staff dismissive and unsupportive. Property viewings where poorly managed with prospective tenants almost falling over each other to look around. Would not recommend from a perspective tenant stand point.

It has been a true delight to be looked after by the Lettings Team at Beals - but special credit must be given to Adrian Pryke for being simply the most understanding, empathetic and reassuring agent that I've ever used. At the time of my move, I was suffering with a very severe health problem and the demands of trying to find a property alongside the extremely tiring treatment was at times a little too much for me. Adrian was an absolute rock - he took a lot of the strain off me as he worked tirelessly to make sure the Letting process was finished with as little hassle to myself as possible. I'm not certain that I could've found a property to rent without Adrian's guidance - truly I cannot thank you enough Adrian, you helped me through a really tough time!!

To the Beals Hedge end team I cannot thank you enough for selling my house so soon and for a hell of a lot more than I expected! I have moved on multiple occasions since purchasing my first home and have had bad experiences with estate agents on every occasion. This sale has been the complete opposite, it has run so smoothly and I must say Beals have handled it very efficiently and made the process virtually stress free for me. Your employees are unparalleled in their field and I owe them a lot of gratitude. I wish you all the best for your future endeavors and I have little doubt that you'll keep up the great work that your doing for a long time!

We have always found Beals and their staff to be professional, helpful and sensible. They are fully aware of their market, they always feed back and up sell at every possibility. It's a costly operation selling a house so why settle with less than the best? Beals are a slick well oiled machine and the whole process ran swiftly and efficiently, we were informed of any snags or hold ups with the selling of our property and they kept chasing up any prospective buyers of our property. Great job guys from a very satisfied customer.

If you read the good reviews they all relate to property sales. Now look at all tenant reviews on All Agents. Yes they really are as bad as that. They treat you like dirt. Avoid at all costs!!

I am taking the time to write a review on Beal's as they have gone over and above standard levels of service when dealing with a property I am renting. Soon after moving in I had the misfortune to have a leak from the flat above me. The entire ceiling came through in the middle of the night. I called the round-the-clock emergency number and a contractor came out within 30 minutes. The next day I called Adrian Pryke at the office and he has done everything he can to get the ceiling fixed quickly and get the flat back to normal. The landlord must be pleased his flat is so well taken care of! Thank you Beal's for dealing with this distressing experience quickly and efficiently.

Outstanding Service which has been headache free! I have been using Beal's to manage the letting of property in Hedge End for several years. They found the original tenant within 2 days and the subsequent change of tenants has taken place with minimal input from me. The checkout reports are to an exceedingly high standard of detail, because of this, I have used these as an example of top quality, which all our other agents should aspire to. I look forward to developing our working relationship in the future and would recommend Beal's to any other landlords looking for a exceptional eye for detail and stellar service.

We received very professional and helpful service from Beal's. We were in a really delicate situation needing to sell my parents' home to pay for their care as you can imagine it was causing my parents no end of stress, but Beal's handled them with tact and understanding and made the whole process much easier for them to deal with by keeping them informed at all times of what was going on. Found them to be totally honest and reliable - not something often said regarding estate agents but Beal's have opened my eyes that you can't all ways judge a book by its cover.
