Throughout this time they have been very helpful and answered any questions we might have had in a very clear and professional manner. I just wanted to spend a minute praising all the staff that work at Becker and Co. I have been letting through them little over a year now. I have to say they have made it such an easy process and ride for me. I remember when I first got in contact with Becker and Co to enquire about a property in the Colindale area. I was nervous and unsure on what to expect as I had never attempted to rent or indeed buy a property before, so the whole process was new to me. I first spoke with Lucy who reassured me of the process and put my mind at ease within minutes of talking to her. She explained the process in a clear and professional way. She reassured me that they would do everything to find me the perfect place. They took all my needs and considerations into place from the very start. Fast toward a few months, I was moving into the new property. Lucy again, was on hand to help me with the check list and always made sure she answered questions I had super quickly! So thanks again Lucy!! Dan has also been great, I had a few issues with the meter in the property(no fault of Becker and Co). Dan who was helping with the management of the property was always there when I needed work doing or gave me some great advice on what I could do to fix certain issues. If this was not the case, he would always find a way to come and look himself before arranging a contractor if needed. Tim is also great. I’ve recently just moved into the second property with Becker and Co. Again, as stated above - everyone was there to help me with the whole process. I was adamant that I stayed with Becker and Co because of the such great experiences I had. Tim was there on call to find me and my partner the perfect property whilst we save to buy - which I hope one day is with Becker and Co. In short - I could recommend them enough. If you are looking to rent or buy, these are the people to do it with, I promise you!!... Read more

I moved in to the flat managed by Becker&Co over a month ago; before that, I was in touch with the agency for a few weeks while looking for the right place. This is by now the best experience I had with the letting agencies. All the steps in the moving procedure went swimmingly. Communication has been great too. Met Lucy and Tim, both extremely nice and helpful. Lucy went an extra mile to arrange for me to move in asap. 6/5 !!... Read more

I rented an apartment with Becker for ~4 years and had an amazing experience, Tim, Lucy and the rest of the team have always been very professional, polite and absolutely helpful throughout my tenancy. Any issues were resolved quickly and could reach out to them for any concerns which were always answered. Two of my colleagues were/are also tenants with them and extremely happy. Had a horrible experience with Becker and Co. The worst thing was that they were extremely rude, and I would never rent even my dream house if I had to talk to someone like the person I spoke to on the phone. Would like to call out that Lucy who showed us the house was professional and helpful though. But overall, would not want to be engaged with a company where I have to interact with such rude people... Read more
