Slow to fix two broken radiators during a cold wave where temperatures dropped to below zero. Promises of return calls that then never happen. When they did send someone, only one of the two radiators was fixed. A broken smoke detector went (at least) 7 months unreplaced. They add a clause in the contracts that says tenants must allow viewings during the last month of tenancy. If this doesn't clash with the right of the tenants to the enjoyment of their home it should be fine. But they have a complete disregard for that right. Often viewings happen without 24 hour notice. They don’t ask permission, they inform via email that a viewing will take place. In one case, there were 40 minutes of notice on a Sunday at lunch time (they close on Saturdays but open on Sundays). Dozens of viewings took place when I was not present at the property. In two occasions the lights were left on for the rest of the day. After another viewing, a lamp appeared broken. When some of these things were brought to their attention, there was no apology given or even an acknowledgement. I see positive reviews from landlords and negative reviews from other tenants.
