A neighbour (in a block of flats) sold a property through this agency. The property was sold and despite being informed numerous times they refused to remove the listing from Zoopla, showing it as still for sale. Avoid!

The Director Jatender Chaggar was very disrespectful in my home and appeared to be extremely arrogant I was disgusted by his attitude and asked him to vacate my property! I will inform my colleagues who are property entrepreneurs in the area and will be sure to inform others about my experience to ensure that they too are not mistreated.
I had four other estate agents arrive after Jatender arrived, i mentioned to them what had happened and they didn't appear surprised and confirmed that they were know to them as a local business and also found them to be rude and that they were known for their shear arrogance.
You have been around for 30 years! And only have 42 reviews,..jokers.
Its very likely the reviews are not a true reflection of how they conduct their business and a large number of those reviews are probably friends and family! I have posted my experience to my whatsapp groups and will share on my social media .
What can I say other then this real estate agent has put my faith back into humanity.
The service and terms that we agreed on were kept to the letter. Very honest and reliable in any circumstance. Responded quickly to any situation and are always happy to help.

Awful estate agent! I use the word estate agent in it's broadest term. I have been trying to view a property, called several times & left numerous messages but no response. Why advertise a property if you have no intention of letting potential buyers view it?
I think if I were the seller I would be even more frustrated, how could you possibly sell the property if the agents won't call potential buyers & make arrangements?
I don't know if this is down to incompetence or just sheer laziness, either way doesn't bode well for buyers nor sellers. So I make this recommendation, if you are serious about either buying or selling a property then avoid these jokers & save yourself some time.
Thought I would treat my wife to a couple of days at the top hotel what a wonderful experience for her to join me on a business trip and be treated like the lady she is to me
For a place that stands for impeccable service, we receive appaling level of attentiveness from the staff at the afternoon tea/ dinner service. Its the holidays and they must have been busier than usual but overwhelmed is not something I expect given their reputation. Definitely not worth the spend and time.
Very nice guys and helpful. Ali made a smooth move in for us with a 3 month old baby me my wife very happy.

Poor services from agents and the office!
I’m still waiting my deposit return after 2 weeks! When I called the office today about that they didn’t know anything about my deposit. This is just the last miss understanding with them many more in the past! I’m not recommend this agency for tenant agreement
My experience with Rafi at Douglas Martin was excellent. Professional, polite and very helpful. I can’t recommend Douglas Martin highly enough.
Absolutely appalling ! I have just gone for a planned and agreed viewing of the property at 31 Wilshaw Close, Hendon, NW4 4TU, London with an agent named Paul. I was forced to make my way from Wimbledon all the way to Hendon, only to find out that Douglas Martin couldn't care less and without letting me know priory they have decided to make this viewing a competitive viewing, just in order to compete two tenants against each in hope of squeezing more money from either of them. Absolutely appalling behaviour. When I did complain in front of another tenant, I was only told by my agent Paul "Oh, this is how we are doing it"... I surely hope not. Disgusting people, disgusting service.
