The team at Bevloir Hendon provide an excellent service in fully managing my property, keeping me in the loop, sourcing the right tenants and maintaining a good relationship with the tenants.
Adrienne, Josh, Renata and Zoe are always willing to help and I appreciate them always alerting to me any issues/potential issues quickly. This allows me to resolve any situation in the most appropriate manner.
They are also more than willing to help me with any queries or requests I have which is really important to me.

This review is for Josh Sakofsky and only! I believe from my bottom of my heart that he should manage ok of the company Belvoir. He is an excellent agent for finding our home/house) He was there when we needed him, he was there when Beatrice ( our neighbour) that had health problems was there.
He is a polite gentleman and he is worth every penny.!!!
The 5* star review goes to Josh and only among other that claim that they are the General Manager of Belvoir and think that can treat us like he owns us just because he thinks he can.

They were nice at the beginning but then showed their real face. Hung up the phone on me, let me wait one week after paying holding deposit after I told them to ask for carpet change as the carpet smells bad and the furniture are in bad condition to be taken away nothing came back after I said I don’t want anymore I want my money back they said NO. I know I signed but it was their fault made me wait for so long while I am in an emergency place plus now don’t want to give my money ITs inhumanity I don’t care what your reply will be but as a bit of fairness the deposit shouldn’t be 300 pound if you want to keep the money

Booked a viewing for midday today, got email confirmation that it was going ahead. Adrienne did not show up. Called her/the office more than 10 times, left a voicemail and emailed her too. Got an answer 3 hours later telling us the flat was no longer available. Unorganised, unresponsive, incompetent and very unprofessional.

These guys are very nice and courteous before you move in but once you're leaving they'll try their best to keep your deposit. Stay clear of this agency, they don't have any ethics. I was lucky the deposit protection scheme intervened and had taken my own pictures. STAY AWAY!!!

Worst letting experience in my life. The DPS had to intervene for me to get my deposit back. These people falsely claimed that I had burnt the TV stand and tried to make me buy a new bed and mattresses claiming I damaged them. If you must use them make sure you take your own pictures. These people aren't ethical! Luckily I had taken my own pictures and that's what saved my deposit.

Adrienne was incredibly helpful and kind to us during the often fraught and stressful process of finding a flat. She guided us through all of the complexities and made it a lot easier and more pleasant than it might otherwise have been for which we are extremely grateful!
Throughout our ~2 year tenancy, she and Josh were highly responsive to any questions or concerns that arose, and helped to resolve any issues that came up.

They tried stealing my money, making up excuses about the place I rented from them so they could keep my deposit. Make sure you do everything to get your money back when they do this. They will try their best to rob you. STAY AWAY!!!
