This review is for Josh Sakofsky and only! I believe from my bottom of my heart that he should manage ok of the company Belvoir. He is an excellent agent for finding our home/house) He was there when we needed him, he was there when Beatrice ( our neighbour) that had health problems was there. He is a polite gentleman and he is worth every penny.!!! They were nice at the beginning but then showed their real face. Hung up the phone on me, let me wait one week after paying holding deposit after I told them to ask for carpet change as the carpet smells bad and the furniture are in bad condition to be taken away nothing came back after I said I don’t want anymore I want my money back they said NO. I know I signed but it was their fault made me wait for so long while I am in an emergency place plus now don’t want to give my money ITs inhumanity I don’t care what your reply will be but as a bit of fairness the deposit shouldn’t be 300 pound if you want to keep the money...
