I have been living with my family in a rented property at Kingston for 2 years and 10 months, whose letting was organized by Belvoir Kingston Upon Thames. In the almost 3 years of experience of mine with Belvoir, I have found their initial renting procedures truthful and trustworthy. I found the agents at Belvoir sincere, looking after the welfare of not only the landlord, but also the tenant. Their renting procedures and paperwork were simple and straightforward.
We found their agents welcoming and their services readily available. Their responsiveness in matters requiring repairs of the fixtures were very time efficient and those requiring emergency input were dealt in an expedient manner. Mr Nooman Khan’s name (agent at Belvoir) is worth mentioning as he has looked after us for 3 years and now that we are moving out to a different city, we have found the new team members Mr Neil Smither and Mr Danial Mortimer to be extremely welcoming, pleasant and cooperative in providing guidance in the property-leaving/vacation processes and paperwork. I give a ‘5 out of 5’ review to Belvoir and their agents at Kingston Upon Thames branch.

Five star service.
I rented a property managed by Belvoir Kingston for roughly 18 months. Extremely professional and courteous service and any and all issues raised were resolved in a timely manner. Extremely fair (independent) check-in and check-out process.
Would not hesitate in recommending this company for those looking to rent.

Very straightforward process with moving with Belvoir! Professional help with all the details and paperwork. I would recommend for those looking for affordable agents. The only thing is you have to contact them directly with available properties as those out on the gallery and webpage might be already unavailable.

Absolutely brilliant service by Belvoir! They managed to prepare everything within a limited amount of time because I needed to move in the soonest possible. Especially Mr Nooman, was more than helpful and extremely quick in responding to my emails and calls.

I rented a house in Fulham through Belvoir. Nooman Khan, the letting agent was very helpful all the way. He dealt with issues promptly and we are happy with his service. The house is in very good shape and everything that we agreed on priorly to moving has been done as promised.

By far the absolute worst letting agency in the United Kingdom. They scammed me into signing a bogus agreement that will cost me thousand of pounds. They were rude on the phone, rude in person and are completely unprofessional. Moreover, as you can see from the response below, contents of any sort of deal made with Belvoir aren't confidential, a very ironic feat for a company who deems to take their "work very seriously". They take advantage of foreign students, they won't let me speak to my landlord and now have released information about myself and my flatmates onto the internet. Unfortunately, it is quite clear that work is not done properly at Belvoir.

The team at the Kingston branch are courteous, friendly and extremely professional. We have finally found a home and with an agent we can trust.

We went through endless viewing with many agents. Mr. Nooman actually listed to us and suggested a viewing that we didn't request. Absolutely perfect !!
Equally important, the support prior to and post move has been unparalleled. From A-Z they informed us what was needed, guided us through the process and were helpful with any queries we had. You will rarely find the diligence and professionalism as exhibited by Belvoir Kingston.
