The first experience was awful the lady was rude and even when I complained it was ignored , I gave them benefit of doubt went again and regretted it, how can you cancel a booking few hours to the viewing after I cleared all my schedule to meet up. I did not like the service thank God they weren’t the only agency around.

Belvoir helped me rent my first property and were very helpful from start to finish. I've recently left the property after 2 years and I can't recommend Belvoir enough. Everytime i've been in touch my queries were quickly answered and dealt with and you can be assured that any problems you might have are dealt with quickly.

The staff at Belvoir in Stoke could not have been more helpful, they sold my house and took all the stress out of it, I actually lived 60miles away, they did all the viewings and kept me completely informed at every stage, they also guided me through the negotiations at every juncture, the video they made of my house was first class, it sold it within two weeks of going to market, I admit that I had never used them before but will use them again without question, it sounds like I am making a commercial for the company where I can assure you that all I am doing is telling it as it was from my point of view

A genuinely brilliant business. We bought a house through Belvoir and they went above and beyond at every turn to get us into our new home as quickly as possible. They chased our solicitors for responses and facilitated a move that could have taken significantly longer without their intervention on all parts. A particular mention to Katie and Cheryl who we dealt with directly. Both were always available, including accommodating our viewing needs through work and working around our tight schedule.
Highly recommend them, and when we come to sell we would love to sell with this team.

I have used Belvoir lettings for 10 years and I can not recommend them enough, throughout this whole period they have always informed me of any issues with the property and have allocated tradesmen to carry out work when required, I have never received rent late and they have always sourced good tenants, they do their due diligence and work prior to an agreement and work well with the TDS to protect you property if tenants do not keep your property in good condition. I also used Belvoir to sell my rental property and they got a good price and managed the whole process effortlessly, if I get another rental again Belvoir will be the first company I will contact to manage it, many thanks for all your hard work in protecting my investment, Rob

I wanted to thank you and your team for your recent work setting up the tenancy for my first buy to let purchase. As an experienced Mortgage Consultant having arranged more Buy to Let mortgages than I care to remember, it felt like the right thing to do, to purchase an investment property and reap the rewards. When it came to making sure I was ticking all of the right boxes, I had no hesitation in using the services of Bevoir Stoke on Trent even though I had already identified a tenant.
I have referred my clients over with confidence in the past, but even so, I was taken aback by the level of care and detail Sandra, Josie and Charlie gave. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent. My tenants commented that their previous experiences had not been as thorough and they made sure that everything was in place, despite the quick turnaround I requested.

Recently sold a property will Belvoir. The sales pack was first class (by Tom).
Once the property sold, Cheryl did a fantastic job, regularly chasing solicitors - I got more updates from Cheryl than I did from my the solicitors. Very professional and offered a great service.
My only gripe, I went with the solicitors recommended by Belvoir and felt they damaged the experience, leaving Cheryl and Belvoir filling the gap. Would definitely use again but with my own solicitors.

I would like to express my huge thanks to Ramona and her team at Belvoir Stoke on Trent, for finding a buyer for my house.
When my daughter moved into her first home and after spending several days helping out, we decided the open plan layout was something I missed in my current home. So, then COVID-19 pandemic struck, and we thought that is it but through speaking to Ramona, who advised us when the best time to sell would be. During June, when the rules changed and face to face viewings were back allowed, we did it and ‘put the house on the market’.
After several viewings, we gained a lot of positive feedback, we even had a few minor domestics along the way with potential buyers (wife yes and husband no or vica versa), it became apparent that leasehold properties are not as desirable as they were when we bought it. Ramona was on hand to come up with a strategy which we followed. Ramona went above and beyond with a potential buyer who last minute decided leasehold was not for him. Ramona had a very honest and in-depth discussion about leasehold and said nothing to loose just view the property. The next day we received two offers and we even got a slightly higher price.
Ramona and her team are very knowledgeable, professional, experienced and nothing is too much trouble for them. They kept us up to date all the way through the sale and even recommend a great solicitor who specialised in the type of property we decided to buy. If it wasn’t for Ramona going the extra mile by spending nearly an hour on the phone discussing our buyers’ options and Belvoir’s team doing what they do best, we wouldn’t have moved and having now achieved a better enjoyable lifestyle we are now experiencing.
I will always sing your praises and recommend your services to anybody wanting to move house and I would not hesitate in passing referrals to you going forward.

Edit: My partner and I are looking for an apartment and he is the one who contacted you. Since you didn't reply to our email, he called after 2 days to enquire further and potentially schedule a viewing. He was told you would come back to us later to confirm the date - which never happened, as another 2 days passed and the property got de-listed without us knowing, so he called again and was told it's no longer possible to view the place as you are full already.
I understand sometimes the demand is higher than expected but I would appreciate at least a text message or an email. In the digital age it's a matter of a few seconds to set up an appropriate automated workflow.
Edit2: However, what I find interesting is your light speed in reacting to a negative review (less than 1h) compared to the speed in which you contact potential tenants (which is... none? No one has ever come back to us, we were always the first to contact you). I also don't appreciate that you misspelled my name. Kind regards.

Absolute waste of time, they nice to your face and while theyre getting rent money from you, the minute you leave one of their properties is when the problems begin. We found a property with another agent so we gave belvoir the required notice, when we left the property we handed in the keys a few days earlier than expected. We left the property in a better condition than it was when we first moved in, but the landlord decided to take a deduction from our deposit for nails left in the walls where we had pictures hanging, this is totally wrong as we spent thounsdands doing the property up while we were living there, now they have had a new tenant move in who is on benefits and has 3 dogs and calls for ambulances every night. Lets hope she loses her deposit when she moves out. To anyone wanting to rent from these avoid at all costs they are robbing b******s

After purchasing a property from the auction and getting it ready for sale , I was looking around and researching for local estate agents I called a few out and decided to go with Belvoir & Ramona. I was impressed with the no nonsense straight forward approach, to the point valuation no empty promises and no hidden charges. I signed all the documents on the site visit as I had all my documents with me. It took several months for me to get the property ready and Ramona was very patient with my delays. Ramona was very helpful from listing the property onwards, we had several offers within days of advertising the property. As im am an investor based in manchester there were a few issues that needed sorting and Ramona went out of her way to open up for the gas board to get these issues resolved even though I was selling the property through her agency rather than renting it. She went above and beyond and got the property sold! We had a couple of buyers who were keen to get the property and I ended up getting more than I expected! She did her job and got me the best possible result, not to mention all the fantastic efforts of her staff especially Tilly who was very helpful and only one phone call away whenever needed. I needed the key one morning and she waited for me during her lunch hour to give me the key as I was running behind schedule.
Overall I came to this agency based on their reviews, then ramona and her approach and I wasn't disappointed. I decided to use the solicitor recommended by belvoir and it was the best decision I made! Fastest completion i've experienced.
To summarise a fantastic expeirence, very professional , a real gem of a branch in this franchise and all my properties will be managed and sold through this agent in the stoke on trent. Top marks! keep up the hard work!

My father-in-law had built some properties and was selling one. He had already accepted a £200k offer from people who had seen the property whilst it was being built. Unfortunately, this fell through about 2 weeks before they were due to complete so I asked Ramona if she would come round with the prospect of marketing the house.
Unbeknown to me, my father-in-law had already had two other local agents round to view the house but was so impressed by Ramona that he decided to market it with Belvoir. He was happy to get the £200k but I felt we could achieve £215k on the open market.
Ramona had sold the house within a matter of days and for the asking price that she felt was achievable of £230k. This was an outstanding figure and far beyond what Ken or I expected.
As if this was not enough the real strength of Ramona and the service that she offers is the after-care. Ramona continually kept us updated with the progress of the sale and was always chasing the solicitors from both sides to make sure things were moving forward and did not stall.
Without Ramona and her team we would not have achieved such a high sale figure but the sale would certainly not have happened as quickly or with such little stress.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ramon and Belvoir, a sentiment that is certainly shared by my father-in-law. Thank you Ramona for making the process so easy, smooth and stress free.

Ramona visited me in my home to talk about the options, we agreed on a sale price and she ensured she completely understood the selling features and benefits of my home. The sales particulars she produced were superb, and eye catching with the help of amazing photography by John Cruttenden.
Ramona communicated with me regularly giving me updates of interest in the property, she arranged a good flow of viewings, and gave up her Saturdays to show potential buyers around my property. The marketing of my home was excellent, it was regularly boosted on social media, and open house viewings were arranged to gain as much interest as possible. Bevoir, Stoke on Trent has been my agent as a landlord now for over two years. I found them to be totally professional, courteous and friendly on each time I have had to occasion to contact them. I get regular updates from them and good advice whenever I need it. Communication between landlord, agent and tenant is essential for the smooth running of property rental. Belvoir is probably the best letting agents you'll ever find, nothing is too much bother for them, they always give enough notice to any changes or appointments.
