Benham & Reeves has been managing and letting my apartment for more than 5 years now, and it has been a great run. As a property owner from a different time zone, I relied on Lisa-Jane Stratton and her team (I liaise mostly with Francesca Sapiano, William Clark and Adrian Ciot) to source for good tenants, look after my apartment well and provide me with whatever support I need. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and really prompt and attentive! I have rented with Benham & Reeves in central London for the last 5 years. From day one I was impressed with their professionalism and customer care. It was Lisa-Jane who showed me the property back then and she was knowledgeable, extremely polite and kind. Her team has always been helpful and flexible throughout my tenancy. When Covid hit they listened to my circumstances and offered me a reduced rent for that year which was very much welcome.
