When I started this journey I felt all estate agents were roughly the same. Benham and Reeves Dartmouth Park team are just outstanding- from the moment I started the journey on selling our home, Louis and Billy Boyle were there ievery step of the way. When we found buyer, it went to another level. When things get caught up, as they always do, Louis was offering solutions, advice and moving all parties along. They are not just doing a sales job when they come into your home to pitch to sell it, they are a team that genuinely care and support you every step of the way. Thank you Benham and Reeves - you are definitely NOT the same as all other estate agents!

I just completed on the sale of my family house in Dartmouth Park through Benham and Reeves Dartmouth Park office. And both Billy and Louis truly could not have been more professional, efficient, helpful and experienced. They jointly kept in regular touch with both sides and most importantly with both sides lawyers to ensure the legal side of things progressed properly and in a timely manner. I felt I could always phone either Billy or Louis even on weekends or in the evenings when I had concerns. Therefore I can wholeheartedly recommend Billy and Louis and Benham and Reeves with not only the easiest sale ever but also must mention the service was excellent while I was letting the house through them before they sold it for me. Thank you
