I had an excellent experience with Benham and Reeves, and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service from Tamae Nakahara. From start to finish, she was professional, efficient, and very supportive.
She kept me updated at every stage, explained the process clearly, and handled everything in such a smooth and professional way. Even when things became complicated, she was responsive and guided me through it patiently.
Thanks to her support, the whole process was stress-free, and I felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Benham and Reeves, and in particular Tamae, for anyone looking for reliable property management.

Was a long term tenant with a property looked after by Benham. Dealt a lot with Thuraya Al-Haidari - particularly around my tenancy agreement renewal. Thuraya was always v helpful and efficient and made the process run smoothly.

Opening hours is incorrect. No one in this branch on Saturday morning. Tried to call but unable to reach an actual person, only AI taking my message. Was trying to let my flat in the area but reply has been quite slow
