I received excellent service from Maria Carreno, a property manager from Harrisson Ingram Eltham. From the point of initial interest, viewing and check-in there was clear and timely communication of the expectations and what I needed to do. They were transparent in their dealings and only asked for the advertised rent unlike other greedy agencies that take advantage and bid desperate tenants to the last coin. I highly recommend Harrisson Ingram for their professionalism, respect, transparent and fair practice.

I have had dealings with Harrison Ingram over two years and have recommended them to several friends and family, who can’t praise them enough either. Unlike other estate agents, Harrison Ingram consists of estate agents who have been there for long, know the business, are sure to offer you the best service at the fairest price, and are personally available to answer any queries. A breathe of fresh air when you don’t know who might answer your call when calling most other estate agents! Or if the person you’re dealing with will be there the next day. Excellent service from absolutely lovely people who have the client’s interest at the heart of their business. Can’t praise them quite enough!

In addition, this last year they helped me with purchasing my flat, offering invaluable advice throughout the process. I felt I could trust their advice, honesty and patience and knew that they would (and did) answer any questions. Couldn’t have done it without them.

Harrison Ingram handled the sale of our property in Eltham which completed in May 2023. We found them to be very proactive in seeking potential purchasers and they carried out accompanied viewings on our behalf. They were quick to give us feedback, both oral and by email, following each viewing and were very realistic about the perceived intentions of the viewers. They provided valuable strategic and tactical advice during the sale period which we were happy to accept
The purchase of our new home hit a few bumps in the road to completion. I have to report that both ladies were again, very proactive in trying to move things along going far exceeding my expectations. I believe without their input, the final outcome might have been much less satisfactory.
In conclusion, many thanks to both Jackie and Marie who provided a level of service not often encountered nowadays. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them both and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

Every time I had an issue and I was emailing them I had respond same day and within a few days the issue was resolved.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is an awful estate agents that certainly live up to the reputation that they can't be trusted. I was buying a property through this agency (I was a first-time buyer so every penny counted) and they lied to me about the particulars, insisting I had to spend money on a survey to prove my intention to buy before the seller would start spending money on solicitors. When I finally received the paperwork, I found the truth. The sale ended up falling through as I refused to buy the property as it was instead of how it was sold to me which would have left me in a legal quagmire. I lost £1,500 and even though the particular agent I had dealt with had admitted to me that they must have 'forgotten' to tell me the whole story, when I took them to the Ombudsmen, they lied and pretended the fact they had moved offices in the very short interim had meant they'd lost the paperwork. DIABOLICAL! Avoid at all costs.
