If I could give zero stars, I would. This is an awful estate agents that certainly live up to the reputation that they can't be trusted. I was buying a property through this agency (I was a first-time buyer so every penny counted) and they lied to me about the particulars, insisting I had to spend money on a survey to prove my intention to buy before the seller would start spending money on solicitors. When I finally received the paperwork, I found the truth. The sale ended up falling through as I refused to buy the property as it was instead of how it was sold to me which would have left me in a legal quagmire. DIABOLICAL! Avoid at all costs.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
