A dreadful company. Friends of mine lived in a mouse and rat infested property for 12 months and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Quick to take money off tenants and yet are nowhere to be seen when you need support from them. Slippery characters

Bunch of crooks. Robbers.
Renting the dirtiest, unsafe properties to vulnerable tenants. They should be investigated. Quick to get a guarantors just to trap people. Dodgy people, they are taking advantage of simple genuine people.

Bad service and rotting houses. Con artists. Stay away, you'v been warned. They don't protect your deposits as they should by law and overcharge you on admin fees. They also lie a lot. Make sure to sue them in court if you find your deposit hasn't been protected.

Showed me around a dirty house, saying "it's clean" to me while I pointed stuff out. Said it was up to tenants to clean a place when I pressed them about it. I'm not a tenant yet, don't show me a dirty house and tell me I have to clean it before I've even moved in.
Repeatedly asked me "are you working?". Any mention of a guarantor was met with "are they working? do they own their own home?". Even after I answered "yes" to these questions I got repeated probing questions about if I earn money. I am looking to rent, I have money, if you approach me with distrust from the start I'm going to have distrust for you right back.
Also did other shady techniques, the old "oh we have people looking at this property right now so you should pay the £300 agency fee right away" kind of stuff. Red flags from the start pushed me to steer well clear of them. Currently dealing with much friendlier and more professional estate agents, so they do exist - just not here.
Attached some lovely pictures of the unclean place they expected me to clean myself before I moved into it. Seriously guys, hire a cleaner for an hour to sort the place out and trust your potential customers more and maybe you'll let the place faster.

I have had a very bad experience with these guys theyve cheated the landlord and myself, they have in house deals with the properties already set prior to advertiseing the properties, they are all crooks most of their good reviews are probably from there family and friends, i highly recommend you avoid using these deceitful people honestly saying there not even worth a star only if i had the option of revoking that 1star i would. Please avoid to be disappointed.

These guys are crooks especially a guy called Qamar.They rip off both landlords and tenants avoid like the plague!!!
