That was quite a experiencein 87b Charlton church lane, SE77AB. I'll be thankful forever.
Please rent everywhere else but that place. Has multiple issues including a mouse and £1300 pound is definitely way to high for it!
The agency itself is more than unfriendly and gready. While doing my Real estate course I came to realise they are not even registered und Brown & Brooks . A leaking fridge and my partner received the flat including a little grey pet. Tony Jenkins and young . Munchie are far from professionals!
At least the neighbours where kind and understanding for the situation.

Incredibly helpful, not least for someone who was renting on a contract that didn't include bills for the first time and previously had bad experiences with agents. Cameron was absolutely superb - professional when needed and casually conversational when needed.

I cannot recommend Brown & Brooke highly enough. We used their services to sell our flat and they could not have been more helpful. We had several issues throughout the selling/buying process (none of which were the fault of Brown and Brooke) and Tony and his excellent team helped us get through all of them. They were always contactable and always happy to offer advice and assistance.
If you are looking for an Estate Agent, please do give them a chance over the bigger, more established firms. We did and we are so happy that we sold through them.

Ngl, most the staff from this appear to show very strong Symptoms of a discorder called NPD. It is very unsetting and unconforting. Hope most the staff gets fired so it get left to the real pleasent professionals to handle.

I spoke to one of the customer advisor who goes by the name Tony on the phone. This happen at Tuesday 4th Jan 2022, between 9am and 10am and he was extremely rude. Honestly very pathetic and unpleasent staff. I told him that the studio was luxurious and he's putting unnecessary word into mouth just to poke shots. Very unprofessional and cringe behaviour.

We're so sad to be leaving our Brown & Brooke property. We stayed 4 years and only for the fact we're now purchasing a property, we would've stayed another 4. It's been a pleasure dealing with Cameron & Tony. Both guys are super helpful and responsive. Communication has been great and I can't recommend them enough. They made what should've been a stressful experience (moving out) a really smooth process. Thank you so much Cameron & Tony.

Absolutely terrible customer service - was interested in renting a property they had available in Thornley Place - Cutty sark , the agent Carol came across very rude and unprofessional. She arranged a viewing for the property which I attended - "she literally said have a look and call the office on Monday"
I called the office straight after saying that I would like to go ahead and I was told by Carol that another person had been chosen for the property - that is not the case as I spoke to another member of staff who stated the property was still available.
This has to be the most unprofessional and rude estate agent I've seen to date.

Brown & Brooke are a first class outfit who really went above and beyond, not only in dealing with our house sale, but also assisting in the overall chain. I really cannot recommend enough the support, guidance and experience provided by the team. The communication was excellent - we had frequent and relevant updates throughtout the process taking this element of stress away from the house buying journey. No hesitation in giving a 5 star review!
