Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! Really grateful for all their hard work and will definitely use again. Thank you so much

He arrived early, clearly knew the property inside out, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. When he wasn’t sure about something, he was refreshingly honest and always followed up as promised.<br><br>Throughout what can only be described as the chaotic process of buying a house — dealing with conveyancing lawyers, freeholders and everything in between — Daniel was a calm and sensible source of advice. He was always approachable, responsive and willing to help, which made a stressful process considerably easier.<br><br>God willing, we won’t have to move again for another decade! But if we do, we would have no hesitation in coming back to KFH.<br><br>Highly recommended.

It was a long and complicated process with many unexpected issues, additional documents and delays along the way.<br><br>Edward was always professional, responsive and helpful, doing his best to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Communication was always quick and clear. We really appreciate all his support and would happily recommend him.

She made the whole process much easier and was always happy to help whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend her!
5th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)**AVOID** Absolutely shocking! This company is not professional at all. We went into look at a potential property to rent and was met by a very pleasant staff member. We book a viewing for a couple of days time and were met by a older man who was late! When asking about the property we were given SHORT SHARP answers and were made to feel like we had put him out by asking to view the place. The whole experience was RUSHED!!! If I could give 0 star I would! * AVOID! *
