Experience has been excellent, very professional, very efficient in all matters and got on with the job. We had 3 offers on the property after the viewing date which was very pleasing.
Problems and queries have been sorted out immediately. Most importantly communications have been great keeping us informed of progress at all times. Pictures of property were very well presented and made the very best of the property. All the staff have been very friendly and informative and nothing is too much trouble.
The house is sold stc so unable to comment on value till completed but at this point everything is going well so my likely description will be 5 stars. Would definitely recommend this agent, did everything to get us a sale in a very speedy manner.

We invited 2 large agents and Mitchell Williams to value mums property after she had passed away. All 3 were close on the value so it was really down to personality of the agent. He was so understanding of our situation and there was absolutely no pressure to sign up with them. Not having a board was no problem.
Sold subject to contract within 6 days and in reality could have been sooner but we had so much interest we felt we had to give everyone a chance

At the initial consult we were given up to date information on the current market and expectations in our area. The house valuation exceeded our own view but then they are the experts.
Communication is very key to this company and at all times we felt comfortable that the sale of our property was in their hands.

Cash buyer. Requested to view a property which had just gone on the market. Was informed there was only 1 day of viewings which was 2 weeks away, I queried this & was assured this was the case so booked in for that date. Was contacted later that week to be informed an offer had been made & accepted. When I advised I had been informed I was unable to view the property earlier, I was informed they knew nothing about this. Clearly this estate agency is completely incompetent and the buyer has potentially lost out on a higher bid. I certainly would not be using them if I had a property to sell.
