If I was a landlord and thinking of letting reeds rains to manage my property it’s will be a big NO NO NO NOOOOOOO, cannot accommodate viewings for interested parties. Happy to pay six months up front as-well. I just feel for the landlord who is probably losing money as the property has been empty for two months
( titanic mills 1 bedroom apartment ). I hope the landlord of this property reads this so he will understand why he’s property is still on the market.

Majority of people work 9-5:30 as estate an agent you should be able to accommodate out of hours viewings
