We had a disappointing and frustrating experience with ReedsRains. The initial appointment was promising but as i had to go into hospital for two weeks, that slowed things down initially BUT after that we made six calls to the office asking them to get things moving and asking for the manager to call us back but he never returned our calls. Eventually i rang again and told whoever answered that they may as well take the property back off the market as they werent communicating with us and seemed disinterested to which the reply was "okay then". It took 2 weeks for them to remove the sales board and we heard nothing back from the manager and no apology or explanation.
