I purchased my property through Maurice Kilbride, completing in August 2019. Joe, who handled my purchase, was very patient with my many, many, many(!) calls and was always happy to chase things with the seller promptly and provided an informative service.

When viewing the property, I found Maurice to be one of the most professional estate agents I had dealt with. It was clear that he has a passion for property and a wealth of experience - which was reassuring as this was going to be our first home purchase.

As an overseas landlord living in Hong Kong I left my properties in the safe hands of Maurice and his capable staff. As a local agent , MKIEA has found a niche in the market. A brilliant experience from start to finish. Selling my late in laws property was a delicate situation and also not living close by either didn't help,but with the knowledge,professionalism and "stickability" from Joe we got there in the end.It wasn't a straight forward sale by any means. I would like to say a great big thank you to Maurice for selling my late Mums house in Cheadle. My mum died in October so selling her house was an emotional and difficult time but Maurice, Patrick and Joe did it all for me. Not living in the area meant I was unable to do the viewings but it was all taken care for and Maurice kept me up to date at all times and even had to put up with me getting stressed reassuring me at all times. So it’s a great big thank you from myself and my sons and I’d recommend MK 100% to anyone that is thinking of selling
