25th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)We didn’t sell with them, we ended up switching agents, they came in and promised this and that and then nothing, we were told they would contact us weekly to let us know what is going on even if nothing has happened, we heard not unless we chased it, when they took new photos it took almost 10 days for them to come back and get us to approve them, we had 3 sales managers in the 12 weeks we were with them, and staff members would bad mouth others by saying oh sorry yeah they have been spoken about that in the past etc, they came in saying one price which was the same as the others and then within two weeks badgering us to drop the price, we did but they couldn’t even change the listing in their front window of the shop, as we changed the price mid august and the advert in the window was still showing the original price

They have been so professional with the sale of my home, they sold it off market and had a fully informed team at every viewing. Tom Major is extremely responsive to all messages, communicates well and sets realistic expectations.

She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted!<br>June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.<br>Thank you again!<br>Steph
4th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Prospect were great, and I can't thank them enough. They found a seller for my apartment straight away, and it sold to the first viewer. Communication from Paul Wickens was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prospect to anyone looking to sell their property.
12th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)Chloe was very friendly and personable. Very quick in answering questions and keeping informed of viewing comments. First two months (January/February) were very slow on viewings, but March and April were much more productive. Happy with final result.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

17th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.

Both of them were exceptionally professional, polite, and respectful of our space from the moment they arrived. They arrived perfectly on time, conducted the viewing seamlessly, and kept us informed throughout. It is rare to find estate agents who display this level of dedication and professionalism.
