Kodie is an asset to the Prospect Team in Bracknell! Not only does she respond promptly almost every time I need to contact her, she also shows an understanding towards how the few different issues (maintenance) impact me in an emotional and psychological manner. I have several diagnoses which can affect my daily living and independence so not feeling judged and having difficulties acknowledged / issues resolved as promptly as possible is a need for me. Kodie always liaises with the Landlord and tries to ensure that I'm kept in the loop, where I can be. Hat & Home were great. I ended up seeing maybe a couple of properties with Hat & Home, I didn't end up buying a property through them but I would highly recommend them. For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list.
