I recently sold a probate bungalow through Hamptons in Fleet and I must say that the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate through this tricky process. Obviously, this was a very trying time but Hamptons took on everything possible to lighten the load and talked us through every step in detail. What a fantastic service we received from Jon, Jonathan, Caroline and all the team at Hamptons in Fleet. From start to finish it was a very professional and friendly approach. They were always easy to contact and if a call was missed we received a call back shortly after. We received feedback after every viewing. They were honest and did what they said they were going to do. Generally estate agents have a bad reputation but Hamptons of Fleet most certainly do not deserve this in any way. What a super friendly set up. It does so much more than what it says on the tin. We were buying through Hamptons and by the end of it I wanted to pay them the commission rather than the agents we were using to sell our house. - who were less than useful throughout the process. Jonathan Dredge was a superstar and whenever we were stuck on something he had some recommendations. We actually used a solicitor and one of the movers that he recommended. These guys are professional, responsive and if I am ever looking to buy/sell again we will definitely use Hamptons.... Read more
