2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Our recent property search with Bridges Fleet was a really positive experience. Molly was brilliant during both viewings. She was patient, friendly, and helpful the whole time. Even when we were measuring almost the whole house with a broken tape measure and taking longer than expected, she never made us feel rushed. Camilla was also very helpful, keeping us updated and doing her best to answer all our questions. Jake was always courteous and professional, and we appreciated the time and effort he gave us. Even though the tenancy didn’t work out in the end (for reasons unrelated to Bridges), we wanted to leave a review because the team was always polite, responsive, and supportive. Thank you to Molly, Camilla, and Jake for all your help.

2nd Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

Sam Duquemin at MU has gone the extra mile for me to find me the specific deals I needed where others have failed. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. Outstanding service - highly recommended.

We found the perfect property with Waterfords who were handling the vendor with the upmost care and professionalism. The property was above our agreed selling point and mortgage combined but thankfully with savings and top negotiations by Chris & Henry at Waterfords, we were able to secure our dream forever home and complete the purchase in March 2026. We are over the moon and thank Waterfords for liaising with solicitors and all the parties of the property chain to get the job done. Its 5 stars from us.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The process ran smoothly from valuation to viewings right through to exchange/completion. I dealt with Jon mainly, he kept in touch throughout the process, providing regular updates I had a buyer within 2 weeks of the property going on the market, and completion within 3 months. Jon was always proactive, responsive, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Greg James, my buyers also said the experience was spot on from their point of view.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

What he achieved was beyond what was expected, and he made the whole process a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. A star all round.
