We have had a really good experience with Romans even though the market wasn't in our favour. Grace and Eleanor both worked super hard to get people through the door and excited about the property. Grace is super determined and very encouraging. If we do have another try with Romans in the future I'll be asking to work with her again.

We dealt with Grace for both viewings on the house we offered on, and for subsequent enquiries with the vendor etc and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She’s kept me updated with everything, is super responsive and is lovely to speak to. Just got to hope the mortgage company valuation goes well now ????

AVOID!!! Awful experience, at vantage house in hook. Romans promised us many things before we went there as the place is falling appart we asked for the windows mould to be sorted along with the walls. My partner had a huge allergic reaction as the did not deep clean after us requesting this as a cat had lived in there prior.
I have multiple photos from other residents with damp walls, mould ect an elevator that has not worked for a few years. We had to contact the council when living there which they agreed it was unlivable. They have upped there prices. They never gave a thought or care for peoples health, it was always a money issue. Completely rude and once your in a contract with them they happily break the tenancy rules but will argue their way through you ending the contract due to this. The companys a massive fraud. All images on right move are not up to date the place does not look like the photos because if they actually took photos that were up to date no one would put an offer, romans by far gives you the worst customer experience they need to be shut down. I will never return to them again.

We are currently in the process of purchasing a property through Romans. Grace Nothnagel has been super efficient in dealing with the whole process, always able to take our calls and ensuring a smooth negotiation process. We look forward to working with her through to completion!

On taking us on for sale after a estate agent let us down .romans visited us with lots of good words and how they had so many people interested .untill they took on then no contact told us to drop price twice then sold board put up as sold buyer. Dropped Out .board left up as sold for 3 weeks then no review of customer visits then arrogant when we pulled out with threats if we sold to anyone who wished to buy ( no chance of that ) oh told pulled all out of advertising in shop front passing bye every week ever once saw pics in window.a great thing to know what there like great news now not with them .

I have had much experience of estate agents recently, but Romans stood out because of their professionalism, friendliness and their approachability.
