We have been working with Kalpesh for over 10 years whilst living abroad. He has done an outstanding job in managing our property from always finding amazing tenants to keeping our property in working order throughout the years. Recently our partnership came to a fitting end when Kalpesh oversaw the sale of our family home from the initial viewings all the way to completion. There is simply no way we could have done all of the management and maintenance work ourselves without the always professional and responsive service from Kalpesh. We rented a flat for 2 years via Changing Property, lovely flat, reasonably priced & extremely smooth process moving in etc.. We dealt with Kalpesh all the way through from the viewing to the end of tenancy move out, a true professional & very easy to talk to & communicate with! If we didn't need to upsize due to a growing family we would still be there now!

Kalpesh Patel has helped me with letting and managing my house in Blackheath and, more recently, in successfully and quickly! selling the property. We have recently purchased a property advertised by Kalpesh and we are immensely pleased with his service.
Most of the high street agents I have encountered are way too pretentious - they oversell the property and uses too much sales technique during the sale. In comparison, Kalpesh is very sincere and straightforward, making the negotiation
process so much easier.
Communication between Kalpesh is fantastic as well. He responds almost instantly and I never have to wait for a day to get anything done on his side.
We will never think twice before engaging his service again if needed in the future
