We have been working with Kalpesh for over 10 years whilst living abroad. He has done an outstanding job in managing our property from always finding amazing tenants to keeping our property in working order throughout the years. Recently our partnership came to a fitting end when Kalpesh oversaw the sale of our family home from the initial viewings all the way to completion. There is simply no way we could have done all of the management and maintenance work ourselves without the always professional and responsive service from Kalpesh. He went above and beyond his role to help, from advising me on how to be a good landlord, to explaining the most simplest processes, and helping me fix up the flat to the perfect standard! We rented a flat for 2 years via Changing Property, lovely flat, reasonably priced & extremely smooth process moving in etc.. We dealt with Kalpesh all the way through from the viewing to the end of tenancy move out, a true professional & very easy to talk to & communicate with! If we didn't need to upsize due to a growing family we would still be there now!

Compared to agents previously used, he is professional, knowledgable of current markets, and gets the job done. He has always dealt with tenants respectfully, and a property of mine has never been vacant on the market for any extended period of time.
