I can’t recommend Ellie from Chestertons enough! She went above and beyond to make sure we could exchange and complete on the exact date we had agreed, and I’m so grateful for all her help and dedication. She is professional, kind, always available, and very responsive throughout the whole process. She was always happy to help and made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. We have just sold our flat with Chestertons, and were hugely impressed. From Zuzanna coming out to meet us initially, through to Ellie who led on our sale, they could not have done more. They were exceptionally communicative throughout, and make sure that everything got completed by all parties. The agents are dealing with a slow market for small flats in E14 so we are being patient. However, we wish they would answer emails consistently and be rather more proactive with marketing.
