We had a very positive experience with Grace. She was professional, responsive, and answered all our questions promptly. Even though we didn’t end up renting the apartment she showed us, she remained very helpful and offered further assistance.

Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

Matt Burleigh has been incredibly hard-working, diligent, persistent and patient throughout the process of selling my Bayswater flat. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by the Chestertons sales team in Notting Hill (ably led by Pavol Miksa), and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Jack helped me with finding an awesome place. He was extremely helpful and carried the old sofa on his own from the apartment so that I could bring my own. He understood well what i needed and found a cute apartment for me.

The agents are dealing with a slow market for small flats in E14 so we are being patient. However, we wish they would answer emails consistently and be rather more proactive with marketing.

We successfully managed to rent the apartment we wanted with the help of Jessica Wilson and the dedicated support of Kate.
