I have only good things to say about CKB Estate Agents. Cengiz was the first agent to call me after I filled in an online form that would be forwarded to several local agents. From the very beginning I found him knowledgeable and personable, and he went out of his way to answer my questions and put me at ease. He always sends follow-up emails covering what we've discussed and remembers to include links and contact information to individuals' and services that he recommends (i.e. mortgage advisers). I found this particularly commendable because so many others I spoke to said they'd follow up and never did. Parveen is also very easy to talk to and efficient at getting things done not only quickly, but correctly too. The process wasn't without hiccups, (no fault on the part of CKB) which is why I know I can trust these guys when it matters most. It is nice to deal with 'real' people who are passionate about what they do.

I went for a view of a house listed by CKB in Orpington, I live up near Manchester. The viewing went fine and the lady showing me round was very nice. Unfortunately, post viewing I received no more contact from CKB, even though I was interested in placing an offer on the property. I sent multiple emails to different emails and heard nothing back. I believe it is because someone else had their offer accepted. It would be polite and professional to inform any other interested parties of the situation. This was rather disappointing, especially since I travelled all the way from Manchester to South London, a waste of my day and money.

I have arranged to meet Jack to view the flat. Unfortunately I went late and the meet had postponed to the next day. Jack was extremely understanding.
Later Michelle helped a lot to complete the whole process. Michelle called many times answered all my questions patiently and guiding me through the whole process in detailed. I was in other country while doing all the process and credits checks Michelle completed all my process virtually. I appreciate all her efforts and thank you Michelle for this.

We chose CKB to sell our property, Andy & Jemma was supporting us with the sale. Both are very professional very kind and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Always listened to us and our requirements before allowing viewers into our property. Honestly, i can’t fault them both and the service they provided us. Jemma did the majority of our viewings, she was always happy and so enthusiastic (my 1yo loved her!) Thanks for all your time and effort in finding us a buyer. My husband spoke with Cengiz quite frequently too, who always made time for him and was happy to help.
The second point I’d like to make is actually about a fake review below left approx. a week ago. In their review they refer to the seller as having “no clear intentions to sell”. Well, that seller is my husband and I, and believe me we had all the intentions to sell our property. We naively packed over Christmas as we were given an exchange date of 10.01.22 and really did not expect any issues. Our buyers sent us an email on the date we were supposed to be exchanging contracts asking for a £20,000 price reduction (which later on that day they reduced it to £15,000 - very kind of them!). Of course, as a result of their actions the entire chain collapsed, and they caused a massive inconvenience to everyone involved. Yes, the individual who had the audacity to leave the 1* review was absolutely right, we all lost money on searches, solicitor fees and a private survey.
Nonetheless, CKB was fantastic once again and found us a new buyer within a few days.

Terrible Estate Agents, Failed to give information, in regards to landlord accepting Children. Yet we drove over 200miles to view a the property. This should of been pointed out before make the trip. My partner and I felt undermined.

My wife and I have moved in the past month to one of this agency's property and it's completely unacceptable how the property was left for us to move in and how the agency is (not) responding.
We've been waiting to have the broken and unusable furniture removed from our flat for 3 weeks. They said "professional cleaning" will be done prior to our move, but... grimy appliances, we got loads of dust/dirt bags off the carpets and even the mattress. Mould on curtains, rubbish left at the property, fixtures fallen off the walls, shower broken. We have even discovered a moth infestation as carpet is eaten off and found loads of moths in the flat. Been said loads of times "we'll get it sorted next day", "X will call you by the end of the day to fix this asap". We have even proposed to fix ourselves some of the problems in the flat and get reimbursed for that (since it was their job to leave the flat in good working order).
The property was overall left to us filthy. At this point I wonder if they even care, besides the money of course.

She kindly rearranged our appointment for another time as well as going to lengths to find properties that are specific to my particular requirements. A very personal and thoughtful service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience of my life with a letting agency. I would strongly suggest using literally any other letting agency in London, do not waste your time here. EDIT: In response to the agency's response here, it is laughable you do not have our details considering we launched formal complaints against you.

After a terrible experience with another agency I was nervous about starting the process of selling my flat but Cengiz was knowledgeable and very patient throughout. CKB were quick to find a buyer even in the midst of the pandemic, and kept us informed along the entire journey until completion. The sale was not straight forward, due to issues with cladding and also a change in management company at the final hour. During these times Cengiz wasn’t phased and went above and beyond to push the sale forward - something I doubt that other agents would have continued with with such drive. I have already recommended this agent to a friend and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I have recently moved in to a property managed by CKB and dealt with at least 3 different people so far on different occasions.
I have always had a fast and satisfactory response to my problems/requests.
After reporting some maintenance concerns, I had someone sent to my house in less than 1hr after I called(literally!)
I also had to contact them as an emergency during the weekend (alarm triggered) and they managed to resolve this within minutes over the phone.
I can’t speak on behalf of others but so far, from my experience, I would highly recommend CKB.

When we decided to put our house on the market in June 2020 we weren't sure which estate agent to go to. We had valuation meetings with one well known agency and one with CKB. Kemal convinced us that even though CKB wasn't the biggest estate agency, they had customer service at heart so we decided to give it a go. And it was the best decision: house is now sold and all I can say is they have been amazing all along the way, with the house visits, the negotiation and the chasing around the solicitors when we needed it to be completed quickly. CKB Estate Agents were the first rental agents that we actually transacted with ever since we moved to the UK about 5 years ago. I was apprehensive about dealing with estate agents in general, but the staff at CKB have been very courteous and efficient especially that we literally had just 5 days from viewing to moving into the property. They understood our urgency and handled it without complaints. I have been looking to rent in London but I don’t know much about the area. I have recently moved into temporary accommodation and looking for a more secure place to live. I called CKB estates after seeing a property they had online. I spoke to Laura who was very friendly and professional from the start! She asked me what I was looking for as that property had unfortunately just been let. She spoke me through a number of other properties and I’m considering going to view now. Though the agent I was meant to meet up with was incredibly polite, the contact in the office berated me for being a little late (despite the fact that their agent was as well), and cancelled the viewing because they "things to do."
Repeated calls throughout the day despite being told that for the majority of the working day I am unable to answer the phone.
Felt almost hounded by these estate agents, and wondered if they actually had any other clients.

I was curious to find out what my property was worth but had no intentions of selling. I called a few agents and made it clear that i DID NOT want to sell and simply wanted a rough idea to what my property was worth. over 70% of the agents i called gave me the cold shoulder when they knew i didn't want to sell. Then i came across these guys. I spoke to a lad called Jengis and he was super helpful. he assured me that even though i didn't want to sell it was still his job and his duty to pop over and offer me a valuation without the pressure of trying to make me sell. He was really informative, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. If i was going to sell it would be an easy decision.
