20th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)I can't fault Jamie Harrison from Venmores. I called to view a flat but the tenant wasn't available for me to view it. Jamie showed me another flat in the same building & I loved it. In 5 days I'd viewed the flat & the sale was agreed. This lad moves pace at the speed of light. Be prepared to hang on for a fast ride if you deal with him. I shall be using him again in the future. Thanks Jamie

2nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Completed on a property through Sutton Kersh with no issues and a very speedy process which took less than 5 months. Considering the experiences i've had with other agents taking a minimum of 6 months usually being due to lack of communications and minimal updates I am very impressed. Responses are great, if you can't reach by. phone, emails are responded to fast. In particular Debbie Doyle has been very helpful through the whole process and made my experience as stress free as possible. Definitely recommend

I actually originally bought the property through them around 8 years ago, so it felt like a natural choice to use them again—and they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and well managed. The team were always responsive, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way, which really helped reduce the stress of selling. A big thank you to James, Megan, and Chris in particular—they were all fantastic to deal with. Their communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout, making sure everything stayed on track. Overall, I’d highly recommend Whitegates to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A reliable, friendly, and professional service from the team.

27th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
