They don’t do as promised. I had my property on full management by them where they said they’d provide me an update of the property on a certain months interval. They never sent me any written nor photo/video updates as stated. I sent them numerous emails asking why the reports was not sent to me but there was no any counter reply to any of my emails. I then CCd the emails to the branch manager too! Still no reply to any of my emails. This is only one example of their deed. There are others too!!! I’d never ever recommend any of my fiends and families to give them a management of their property to Connells. Since I’ve spread these news some of my friends have already decided to leave them. One of my friend also stated the same problem with the Connells. To whoever is reading this, my advice to you is don’t pay to manage your property with them. You’ll regret it badly.... Read more

They sold a house to me with a few things missing, even though they had told me it was. For instance, they told me the loft was boarded. We get up into the loft and it’s not. Also, I clearly stated in my offer I would like the garden furniture to be included in the offer and yet this was not passed on and not left. Connells found a tenant for my property extremely quick. The girls in the estate agents were always polite and friendly but there were a few hiccups as far as the administration side went, including issues that are still on going with Connells Account Department (not the fault of the Park Farm Team) transferring me an incorrect amount (shortfall) of money after they had taken the Tenant Find Fee.... After 2 failed attempts to sell our property with other local agents for over a year, after a recommendation we decided to take a gamble and use Connells Park Farm. We really wish we'd gone with them earlier - the service was first rate and efficient from Amy, Archie, Chris and Raife, the house sold within a couple of weeks (Archie was great at showing people around as well) and they kept us both separately in the loop about what was happening every step of the way and they got us the full asking price for the house.
