What can I say about this incredible lot. In a tough market, they have gone above and beyond in thier quest to find a buyer for a property that sits in a tough to sell location.
They have shown determination and an incredible amount of perseverance to achieve a sale. The marketing updates keep a seller in touch with what is happening, the communication from the sales team is first class, and if you call into the office for any reason, you're met with a smile and made to feel like a person, rather than a customer.
If you have a property so sell, then look no further.
In my case, they haven't just sold a property, they have enabled me to start a new chapter in my life, to assign the past to wear it belongs - a loved memory - rather than weight to be carried, day by day, signified by fours walls and a door.
In short, they have provided the opportunity to move forward into a new life.

We approached Cubitt & West Banstead for the first time as potential buyers. We were immediately impressed with the warmth and care shown to us by Natasha Peckham. Her experience in the property industry shone through and her willingness to arrange a viewing despite our property not being on the market was much appreciated and very rare these days. It was a joy to deal with her and the Cubitt and West team.

I wish to place on record the excellent and professional way that all the staff at Cubitt & West in the Rustington Branch in West Sussex handled the sale of my property
I was handicapped by the fact that my printer had broken and that since I last sold a property every minute detail was on line and to a novice in computing terms this was very difficult for me.
All the staff from Kevin the Manager through to Kate and Ellie assisted on numerous occasions to guide me through the minefield of paper work and numerous photocopies to ensure that matters ran smoothly and the professionalism of the whole team was excellent.
I cannot thank them enough for the amount of time they spent with me to ensure that the Sale was completed and the Senior Management of Cubitt & West should be proud of this team's effort and how they professionally represented the Company.

Selling a home can be very stressful more so when you live in another country and rely solely on the agents. Trying to decide who to use to sell my house was a long drawn out process. However during this time there was one constant and that was a lovely lady Jo Green from the Dorking branch of Cubitt & West. During the course of maybe 6 months she periodically called just to let us know she was here if needed and she never pushed any agenda. She made me feel like she was there just for me and it was really appreciated. In fact she was the main reason why I eventually decided that Cubitt & West were the agents to deal with my sale. I briefly flew to the UK and met Jo in person and within minutes I knew she was the right lady for the sale. The sale was quite a lengthy procedure with several dates given to me along the way however, Jo told me at the outset how long the sale would take and she was correct. Jo you have my respect and thanks but I would also like to mention Carole Fraser-Eighteen, Juliana Dennis and Scott Buchanan. There was nothing these guys would not do to help or just be a voice on the end of the phone. Thank you very much indeed. I would highly recommend Cubitt and West, Dorking and also the I Am Sold auction system. Thank you to Alexandra Young and Sadie Married Pitts. Great service.

I am really happy with the service I have had from the whole office in Caterham, special mentions to Lucy Prior for being very straight talking knowledgable, pleasant and efficient to work with and Alessandra Falcini for being so patient and helpful with some of the complications at the end of the process.
I've just completed a sale yesterday and been dealing with Cubitt and West Caterham for around 8 months. Solicitors do love to complicate things and then go quiet on you cos they're too busy to... whatever. Followed by last minute changes and questions etc . The team in Cubitt and West simply, stayed calm, professional and did everything they could (with in their power) to help and keep things on track both before and after completion.
So, thanks team, for keeping things smooth.
