What a fantastic viewing with Fran & Sarah. Both agents were so kind, professional and highly knowledgeable. They could answer all our questions and assisted in showing us the property, gave us information about the area based on our interests, brought down a very unruly loft ladder and all that with a smile that never left their faces. This was one of the best viewings I have ever had. I will be working with Cubitt & West Banstead Estate Agents again only because of people like Fran & Sarah. Thank you both

My journey with Cubitt & West throughout my sale was positive. The team through, what can be a very stressful process and also one of someone's biggest purchases were professional, responsive and supportive from start to finish. Shout out to Dayne, Dave, Louis and Nigel for keeping me updated, helping me through any difficulties, keeping me updated, always being available when needed or had a question and more so when something needed moving. Having Cubitt & West really made a difference. Highly recommended!

I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

Jo, kevin and all there team went above and beyond to make my house buying process as a first time buyer go as smooth as possible. From the moment I had my offer accepted they checked in with me regularly, kept me updated and chased solicitors when needed. I can’t fault them 1 bit would highly recommend them to anyone else

Recently sold our property via Kristine at Cubbit and west. I was slightly stressed as I have never sold a property before and was unsure of the process. Kristine took her time with me and was very patient with my questions. Ended up selling the property in 4 working days! Would recommend the company and Kristine for those looking for guidance and peace of mind!
