The best team I have come across in estate agency buying and selling group.
Cubbit & West does all the legwork, you just need to turn up for appointments or viewing. The team will work around your work hours and preferences, ever disappointing.

As a buyer with somewhat tricky solicitors to deal with, having Garry as a point of contact at Cubitt and West was a life saver. We were actually getting most of our updates from Garry and finally managed to get to exchange with his support and backing going between solicitors. If we were in a position to sell in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Cubitt and West again as I've seen what they do for their buyers. Whole team great from start to finish but Garry is a legend!

I found the staff here were very friendly but also professional. They went above and beyond in helpfulness especially Katie, Julia, Tamsin and Nick.
This was the second time I'd used this branch and would not hesitate to use them again (although I sincerely hope I don't need to).
