Very helpful staff from Nigel and his team.<br>They kept us up to date on the sale process.<br>Just as well that we used the solicitors that they suggested -this gave more overall control of the sale process.<br>Overall we are very happy with their exceptional service - we would recommend them.

Connor, Donna and Lisa have been great helps to us the newbie in town/country. I like that the two sales representatives mentioned (Connor and Donna) are professional, resourceful, respectful and patient to walk us through different potential houses and answer various questions we came up with. We’ve come across lots of property consultants in Brighton and around now; in terms of quality, attitude, follow-up work, attention to customer needs with zero discrimination, I confirm that Cubitt & West is top of the league. We had a really positive experience with the estate agency throughout our move. The team were consistently supportive, responsive and attentive, and communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>I would particularly like to recognise Georgia Gunson, who was personally involved in supporting us throughout the process. Georgia was incredibly helpful, approachable and responsive, always taking the time to answer our questions and keep us updated. Moving home can be a stressful experience, but having someone who was attentive and genuinely invested in helping things progress made such a difference.<br><br>We really appreciated the level of service Georgia provided and the support from the wider team. We’ve recently worked with Lily while buying our first home, and it’s been an absolute pleasure. I would like to echo the praise of the most recent 5 star reviews for Katie and her team at Emsworth in selling my bungalow which has been difficult and ongoing for over a year and previously with other agents.<br>The team have always been very helpful with advice and with quick updates during the progress of the sale.<br>Many thanks to Katie for her help and support when it was needed. It was much appreciated.<br>Thanks too to Julie for her liaison with the online solicitors and for keeping me up to date promptly. To Joe as well for advice on various aspects and also to other members of the team.<br>You were all so friendly and I would definitely recommend the branch.
