Cubitt and West gave us a very pleasant experience selling our home. Their valuation on the property and their honest opinion was what made us choose them to sell our house. Rather than an agent that would say yes to anything to secure our business, they pushed and challenged us to think about our opinions on the price in order to make sure the house had the best impact on the market and wasn't lost within the 100's of other houses because it was over priced. The employees within the office are all very friendly, and quick to respond and act on your behalf.
Overall, a very good experience.

We bought our house through Cubitt & West Banstead and had a really positive experience from start to finish. Natasha was fantastic throughout — she took the time to understand what we were looking for, suggested suitable properties, and was never pushy.
What really stood out compared with other agents we dealt with was how well prepared she was for every viewing. She knew the properties well, had the information to hand, and was able to answer our questions clearly. Fran was also lovely and kindly accommodated us for a late-evening viewing after closing time.
The branch were also proactive in chasing the progress of the sale and helping to push things forward to completion. From a buyer’s perspective, they were a pleasure to deal with.

I am very happy to recommend Lauren and everyone at Cubitt & West in Banstead. Lauren's plan to market our house in an open day generated a lot of interest up front, and we quickly had offers we could progress with. Her market advice and realistic valuation were spot on when we needed a quick sale. It was always pleasant and reassuring to speak to Natasha, Fran or Oliver when I called with questions. Tamsin kept the sale process moving, with Lauren giving a strong (and appropriately fierce!) push down the chain when needed at the end to get the sale across the line to completion. We initially enquired with Mark Wileman, and while we didn’t end up finding a property through him, I still wanted to leave a review because of how positive the experience was. Mark really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and consistently sent through properties that actually felt relevant, rather than just generic listings. He also put us in touch with a broker early on, which was really helpful as we were getting started. What stood out most was how supportive he was throughout the process, he checked in regularly without being pushy, which we really appreciated. He was also very upfront and honest about properties, which meant no one’s time was wasted on viewings that weren’t right for us. Overall, a genuinely helpful and professional experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others starting their property search.

We bought our first house with the incredible Cubitt & West Woodingdean office.
They were fantastic to work with from day one.
Kelly Kullai was so nice, helpful, professional, and very responsive, and we deeply appreciate all her support and hard work. Garry Wheeler was also an absolute superstar throughout the process, chasing our solicitor constantly and helping us to complete the sale right when we wanted. A huge thank you to the team for selling our property. We got a handful of valuations from local agents, but Katie stood out from the rest - she was enthusiastic about selling our home, responsive to any queries and confident she could get a good price for us. We had lots of viewings and received feedback from each one. Nick and Esme were great at showing buyers around. Once we went under offer, we worked with Tamsin, who was also fantastic. I’m very pleased to offer my review. The staff and service offered to me whilst I had my house in Dorking was excellent although the sale took a long time it was always kept in the forefront of everyone who was involved . I’m very pleased to say I would use this company again without hesitation.

Within just two weeks, they secured a full asking price offer, which exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, the team were professional, respectful, and incredibly positive about our property.
