Pettyson may be good for sales, but their lettings team let's the side down! We have been renting for 10 years, and the last 4 have been with Pettyson. We have had multiple issues with the flat, but Pettyson were not helpful and seemed to care more about the landlord than us, who were actually paying to live in the flat. Check out was just as unprofessional, with the checking agency providing us with all the relevant information, while Pettyson stayed silent.... Well, except to email us to ask if we could facilitate a viewing, three days after we vacated the property. Good luck future tenants!... Read more
