My house sale was through Alex who was a pleasant and courteous lady who helped us throughout the sale process. On a number of occasions she went above and beyond. I genuinely believe she is an asset to the company.
Alex is very knowledgeable of the market and she is very calm and composed even in the face of adversity.

Delisa has managed our property for around two years until we moved in recently. During the past two years, Delisa got everything taken care of and we were always free from worries. They are responsive, reliable and efficient.
We particularly thank Adam and Louisa for communicating with the tenants well before we moved in, which has allowed a smooth transition of the tenant and our family near new year. Adam and Loretta got the property thorough fully cleaned and the walls refreshed within a short period of time and they ensure that the keys can safely reach us when we moved in. Their arrangements made us a warm new home in Manchester and they have definitely made our new life in Manchester easier! My heartfelt thanks for their professionalism and care! Delisa Miller have been fantastic. Me and my friend have been tenants of theirs for nearly two years and the service has been fantastic. Really quick responses, excellent communication and all the staff we dealt with were really friendly. Delissa Miller are a really professional company . I both bought and sold my property through them .... and also they worked as my agents as I have been an overseas Landlord for 5 years .
During the renting process both Adam and Alex were true professionals and looked after my property for 5 years .
In the last few months whilst my property sale was moving along , both Alex and Loretta kept me up to date and helped the transaction complete successfully despite a few complications in the final weeks.
I would highly recommend Delissa Miller both to buyers and Landlords !!
...buying, selling , and renting property can be a complex and difficult process at times ... its really good to have a professional outfit looking after you !!

We have just completed on the sale of our late fathers house. From the offset Loretta dealt with us with kindness and compassion whilst being extremely professional. She gave us good advice and was always contactable throughout the process if needed.
Alex was our daily contact and kept us updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Delisa Miller to anyone selling their house.

Being an overseas landlord, I am stress-free with the services from Delisa Miller team, especially with the awesome supports I am getting from Adam and Nick. From passing the keys to getting all the certificates ready to letting the property out, they could manage everything within 3 weeks. Great work!

I highly recommend Delisa Miller, they managed to find me a tenant just before Christmas, this is a difficult thing in itself as not many people move at that time of the year. Adam and Alex are very friendly and on the ball with what's going on with the property, they have managed a couple of small issues efficiently and have placed a really nice family in as tenants that look after the property and keep it clean and presentable. I previously managed the property myself but found it stressful, Delisa Miller and her excellent staff have taken away all of this stress and made being a landlord a more pleasant experience for me. Keep up the good work guys.
