I had a really good experience with Entwistle Green in Bury from the start.
I left a voice message and got a callback shortly after. Martin was great on the initial call — friendly and helpful.
Harrison handled the viewing and everything after and was brilliant. The viewing was nice and relaxed, no pressure at all, and he kept me updated the whole way through. The process was smooth, well organised, and quicker than expected.
Good communication throughout and everything felt easy and stress-free.
I would definitely recommend ??????

Stephen and his team in the Crosby branch were really helpful and couldn’t fault them throughout the sale of our property. I would have no problem recommending the Crosby branch to sell or buy through.
However… be warned that if you do use Entwistle Green they charge a seemingly extortionate inflated AML fee, well above what is charged by others such as solicitors to carry out these AML checks.

i have been a Commercial & Residential Landlord for almost 40 years, and it really was a breath fresh air dealing with the Residential lettings Team at the St.Annes office in a recent transaction . I dealt with Bethany & Lauren, who were both super friendly, enthusiastic & very Professional. They got the Letting over the line, just in time for Xmas and worked on into the Evening to ensure the Property got handed over for the new Tenants...Well Done !

Myself & my wife recently sold our home with Entwistle Green Old Swan, to buy what we consider to be our forever home. To support us we had Alex Malins, who was just incredible from start to finish. Not just with our property, but she also helped when trying to complete on our new house, offering advice and guidance along the way. I genuinely dont think we would have completed had it not been for Alex. She is a credit to Entwistle Green and we cannot thank her enough.

Amber, Sarah and Conor were a pleasure to work with. No pressure and pushy sales. They were thoughtful and respectful of our time and home. The photos for our property were fantastic and we had 3 offers to choose from. Clear communication helped us manage our expectations and now we’ve accepted an offer the process is going smoothly.
