Since I moved here 3 years ago i have had direct contact with Mandy boot, she has always been easy to talk to and has never made me feel uncomfortable to message her directly, any issues I report i have never doubted the work won’t be carried out and has never disappointed me and left me constantly chasing her, Mandy has always kept me updated on issues I have reported and had them dealt with quickly and efficiently, I have huge respect for mandy who takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond, mandy is a great asset to your team and the service, she is amazing and very reliable and ensures all jobs that has completed that I am happy and satisfied before closing my repair request.

I can not thank the staff enough, I have a special thankyou to Shannon. Her professionalism and Determination has been outstanding. I have been so stressed out due to finding my dream home and sudden health problems. And due to me being in hospital she did a facetime for me and I immediately fell in love with the property. If it wasn't for Shannon I do not know what I would have done, or where I would be. Goodness knows what stress Shannon has been under on my behalf. So proud of you. If entwistle green gives out awards I would strongly recommend Shannon be put forward.

We have recently sold a house using the Entwistle Green Burnley team. From start to finish they have made the process straightforward and delivered on everything they said they would. Sarah was great and communicated with us throughout the journey, but if she wasn’t available when we rang the whole team were extremely helpful. I’ve heard people say “doesn’t matter which agent you pick, it’s all just listed on Rightmove now” - and this is just not true.
I knew from the minute I rang to enquire about a neighbours house, that they were natural born sales people.
When it came to selling, they spent time understanding why someone would want to buy this house. Sarah who did the valuation was incredibly switched on, and clearly understood my house and the market - which was evident when it had sold within 2 weeks in October, not exactly peak selling season.
When the conveyancing seemed to hit a brick wall and I was losing my mind with solicitors, Lily stepped in, and within 24 hours had achieved more than my solicitor had managed in 3 weeks.
Everyone at Entwistle Green did what they said they would, when they said they would. Under promise and over deliver.
Cannot ask for more and will happily recommend them to anyone selling their house. A very commercially driven, efficient and switched on team of agents - thank you, especially to Lilly

We just rented our first property in Liverpool coming from Ireland and having to have a guarantor with all different processes that were new to us. Beth, Leanne and Tom helped us well and were in constant contact. They helped us with any questions we had and made the process less stressful! Would highly recommend them ??????
