I could not recommend this estate agents enough. Evie, from the Entwistle green team made sure from start to finish that she did everything she could to help me get into the house I wanted as soon as possible. From viewing the property, to the application and then getting the keys. It was such an easy process with Evie at the end of the line if I had any problems. I can’t thank you enough Evie! We can wait to get settled in our new home!

i have been a Commercial & Residential Landlord for almost 40 years, and it really was a breath fresh air dealing with the Residential lettings Team at the St.Annes office in a recent transaction . I dealt with Bethany & Lauren, who were both super friendly, enthusiastic & very Professional. They got the Letting over the line, just in time for Xmas and worked on into the Evening to ensure the Property got handed over for the new Tenants...Well Done !

Booked a viewing for an apartment in Royal Quay, no one from the agency turned up from the agency. Called over and over again but no answer. Left voicemail, no call back. Other people turned up after us for a viewing but again no one has turned up. Spoken to the current tenant and he said he had no awareness of any viewings until 3rd Jan. Wasted an hour getting here and an hour getting back, shocking service and poor communication.
