I don’t like to complain or moan about things but this company didn’t give me any options. I live in London and as I am looking to buy a property in Liverpool I have decided to go and have some viewings. Called the office and they booked me in for one of their properties. Drove to Liverpool and got to their property, no one at the property. They didn’t inform me that vendor will conduct the viewing so tried to call them 15 times after I got at tge property but no answer at all. However, the viewing took place, spoke with the vendor about 40 minutes, very nice person and he mentioned that he is more than happy to go ahead with me and asked to contact the office and make the offer. All good, got home and called the office. After a while someone picked me the phone and informed me that Alex (the lady who is dealing with sales and the one who never pick her calls up) it’s very very busy and I need send an email with my offer. Sent the email with my offer and next day I was informed to increase my offer as there are other people interested. Increased my offer and sent the email and unfortunately this is where having a contact with this Alex ended as she never got back to me since. Tried to call the office again and again and again and been told that she is very busy but she will get back to me with an update asap or if there is needed to increase my offer. But nothing, nada, niente!! Not even an email!!!! After more than one week of trying to get in touch with this super extra busy lady I found out that the property which I wanted to buy is marked as sold. Sent them an email straight away and asked how is possible to sell the property without giving me the chance to increase the offer or to get back to me, to give me an update, something, anything!!! Of course that no one replied to my email so decided to cross my fingers and call again. Finally she decided to speak to me and very iritated she told me off that I can email to the head office, I can speak to the vendor so literally I can do whatever I want as she doesn’t give a s*it!! That was literally her attitude. So I have decided to write this review in URGING you people, please do not waster your precious time with this company and especially with Old Swan branch!! They just DON’T CARE about you and if you don’t give them a good reason (????????????) to hold a property for you they will bid with it!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Thank you for selling my house. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I especially want to thank David Hall for his excellent service, as he was always keeping me up to date with the progress of the viewings, informing me about feedback and 'keeping me in the loop' when the sale was going through, he did all the ground work that for a person who sells or buys a property can appear stressful, I did not have to worry about any of that as he took care of everything. I bought a house through this branch last year and found the experience very smooth and easy. The property had only been listed for an hour or two but they were still able to get me in that day for a viewing. David handled the sale and I found the communication with him very good, he quickly passed on queries to the owner and got back to me straight away. Overall a very pleasant experience.
