Absolutely shocking. I’ve had several viewings with this company, some were fine and had no issues. But twice I had been told no offer could be placed until viewed, and then the same day as the viewing told offers were closed when I called to put in an offer. I have driven from Manchester to lpool for every one, and taken days off work. Waste of time. Other times no one responds to voice mails and messages left after numerous times trying to contact the company. It’s not worth it for the chance that their miscommunication and poor sales management is still the same.... Read more

I just bought my first property through Entwistle Green and they supported me every step of the way. Alex in particular was great and very friendly, she had to pick up our case half way through and was able to effectively manage it without any problems. Stuart also was very helpful, supporting where necessary during key moments to ensure progress. The communication could better, I.E. more proactive communication, otherwise it would be 5 stars!...
