20th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I gave a great review when my tenant moved and I will give a great review on moving out .. Anna is superb in her job of making sure all the end of tenancy jobs are done .. I didn’t need to lift a finger . Very smoothly done .. I shall definitely be using Rochfords again for sure .. with lots if experience in the Battersea area my advice is use Rochfords and stay away from the big boys .. no names mentioned !!<br>Great work guys .. ????????????????????????
20th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.
8th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Most unprofessional agents I’ve ever dealt with. Took them 5 months to fix a broken fridge of property I’m renting from them. Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants

24th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Very unprofessional. Went for a viewing for a flat to purchase, I made an offer and still waiting to hear back after 5 days.... I chased them up, and still nothing. The flat is still advertised. I will bring my custom and money elsewhere.

18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.
