Martin was very helpful in aiding my move and was very friendly throughout. Got a far better (realistic) valuation compared to all the other local estate agents and followed through with completing the sale at such a price. Can’t speak highly enough of the service Martin is diametrically opposed to the estate-agent stereotype and as such is a breath of fresh air He has a very realistic understanding of the market and positioned my house beautifully both in terms of price and presentation Had several offers within a month and whilst the first one dropped out when the mortgage rates went up again Martin had kept another one warm and he has been instrumental in smoothing the negotiation and subsequent to and fro of the purchasing process As well as putting up with me with good grace and excellent humour... Excellent personalised service. Nothing was too much trouble. Sound and realistic advice on pricing and on the state of the market. I think potential buyers will have had good service too. Martin Wattam is very professional but down to earth and knew the area very well. Quick and thorough actions on queries. Also fearless at chasing solicitors. After our initial meeting we felt confident in putting our property in Ewemove's hands; warm but not exaggerated, realistic, straightforward. The photos, which Martin takes himself, were natural and gave a very fair representation of the flat. Some agents over-use the wide angle lens thereby creating a false impression of the size.
