From the very first enquiry to the handing over of keys, Paul gave a 5 star service. Right from our original enquiry to sell, Paul Benson from Ewe Move delivered nothing short of excellent service. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, organised like we have never seen before.
He arranged absolutely everything, didn’t give any false hope to either ourselves or potential buyers and the marketing literature / videos were amazing.
Paul made himself available at all times to respond to any queries we might have had and he kept us informed of updates throughout the whole process.

Paul was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. There was nothing that was too much, even answering inquiries whilst on holiday. There was a delay through the chain, but Paul was great at chasing up everyone to keep us updated. He is very straight-talking and honest, which is unknown within some estate agents. If we were to ever move again, I would definitely use Paul again, and if you are looking for a reliable estate agent, I would 100% recommend using Paul Benson.

We honestly couldn't be happier with the service provided by Paul at ewemove. After speaking to other local estate agents who were very negative and pushy we knew Paul was the right person to sell our property. Hes just a genuinely nice person. He listed our property for what we wanted and it was sold Stc within 5 days of been on the market! The photos for the advert were fantastic and he also arranged a new epc at a great price. After engaging five local estate agents to provide a valuation, we received very differing figures, selling techniques and cost estimates. Paul was the last agent we invited, and a last minute decision perhaps led by us both unknowingly feeling that we hadn't found the right person/ company for one reason or another. So glad we did. Paul is genuine, open and honest and provided us with down to earth and well thought out reasoning behind his advice led by his experience and intuition.

Paul was very helpful, at the beginning of the process had potential buyers, which sped up the process, the quality of the photos used were excellent again Paul's eye for detail having a good photographer. Good advice and taking the time to listen to our concerns during the whole process, having never sold a house before Paul's guidance of the process was invaluable. Not at the top of Estate Agents out of a very long list, but well positioned which convinced us that Paul will get the best price not just a quick sale, positioning the property at the best price, have potential buyers who are well vetted, no time wasters. Google might have to alter its star rating for Ewemove Estate & Lettings Agents in Goole & Selby; after all, the Burj Al Arab in Dubai is often described as a 7-star hotel.
Paul goes above and beyond, and it's a pleasure to work with someone who's as passionate about their work as I am.
Until Google changes things, I'll have to stick with only giving him 5 stars, which feels like an injustice, as he delivers a service that is head and shoulders above the vast majority of other agents.

When viewing the property, Paul was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area and the house. He also respected us as viewers, in allowing us space and time to take in the house without him being on our shoulder.

He works closely with a professional photographer who did a lovely job with our pictures. The add he did for us on each selling site was great and thoroughly thought out.
He has kept us in the loop the whole way through, updating us how each viewing went straight away. The memorandum of sale was over within a day of offer. I booked a house viewing and Paul rang me back almost instantly to make arrangements. I cannot recommend him enough! He was not only extremely professional but also a very genuinely nice person. We dealt with Paul and couldn’t recommend the service enough, Paul was very professional but also personable and went above and beyond. He was very educated on the property details and area which made us feel even more confident about the property. From discussions around the asking price, which was higher than we first anticipated, through the brilliant and timely marketing of the property, including the best detailed floor plans I have seen and professional photography throughout. From the first contact I had with Paul, he was extremely professional and talked us through the process step by step to make sure we knew what was happening. We couldn't recommend Ewe Move and Paul enough. From the very beginning the service delivered has been incredible. Paul is great to communicate with, very proactive and has been great with any queries we've had. Paul has gone above and beyond particularly on the day of our viewing. Unfortunately we had some car trouble and broke down en-route, Paul not only came and collected us, he then took us for the viewing and drove us all the way back home so my partner could get my car to meet the recovery agent with his. We were in the middle of nowhere and this was really appreciated, anyone else very likely would have just rearranged the viewing for another day or time. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.

Paul at EweMove 5 stars +, the way he deals with clients absolutely superb, no pressure selling, very clear discussions, really open and honest, friendly. Really good communications, we messaged late one evening and didn’t except a reply until the morning, however message came back immediately. Would definitely recommend Paul and EweMove estate agency.

Paul has been an outstanding agent for us.
After having a number of estate agents look at our property Paul was a breath of fresh air with the way he presented himself and also the way he talked about our house. We felt confident that with his positive attitude he would be best fitted to represent us for our house sale. Additionally, with us having a shared ownership property we were slightly anxious about the selling process as there are a few more steps than a usual sale. However Paul put us at ease throughout the process and guided us through every required step. He has always been very quick to respond to any queries and does not delay in actioning any steps in the sale process.

Paul Benson arrived at our house on time and was very professional throughout the visit. Paul did a thorough inspection around the house and garden. He then sat down with us and talked through the valuation he came up with for our property showing comparisons of other similar properties in the area to justify his valuation.
All in all an excellent job carried out by Paul.
