“JP Harll offer a friendly and professional service. Carol had found a purchaser for our property within days of it going on the market and she kept us well informed throughout the sales process. I would have no hesitation in recommending JP Harll to others wanting to appoint a property marketing agent that will provide excellent service!”

"I approached JP Harll as sole agents for my house sale, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly with the agents keeping me well informed throughout the sale as to what was happening, even my Solicitor commented how helpful Carol had been and how their life would be much easier if more agents were as efficient."
We've moved around to several rented houses over the last few years and dealt with different agents/landlords, but June at Stephensons was by far the most attentive and helpful we have come across. Always quick to resolve the few issues that did arise and fantastic throughout the tenancy. Thank you!
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Took £300 of us for referencing. And due to our credit not being excellent. Didn't give us chance before telling the landlord it's a no. Despite having three people to be guarantors. But they didn't tell the landlord that. And we was honest and upfront from the start. Homelet the referencing company where brilliant. And even said they need to bring guarantors into the equation before telling the landlady it's a straight no. Everything else on our references where perfect, offered 6 months rent upfront, and double bond on top of guarantors in abundance. The property has been up months and no interest. Met the landlady and she was lovely and understanding. And even said there and then happy to have us and Lola forward to having us in the property. Feel very hard done by. Don't recommend stephensons, especially if you're a tenant!
We decided to go with Hunters for our sale as they'd been great with us before when buying the same house, and had sold others on the same street within a short time of them being listed. We admittedly listed the house at a bad time of year (November) so weren't expecting much but by February the following year we had an offer. Being at the bottom of the sale chain all eyes were then on the upward chain, which at 5 houses long (in total) was destined to be difficult but Hunters managed the whole process for us, chasing other estate agents and solicitors to keep things rolling. Then when we actually moved in they popped round with a little gift bag for us which we thought was lovely.
The staff are friendly, courteous and diligent and work very hard throughout the sale process. Would definitely go with them again.
The support during the sales process was excellent, the sales progression agent was available all the time which really helped so we knew what was happening. With the house sitting empty, Hunters agents very kindly took meter readings and checked up on the property which gave us great peace of mind during a hugely stressful process.
