Jason did what the others couldn't do.
I tried some others but they either kept coming to me with either silly low offers or ridiculous requests.
Jason's approach is professional and very friendly. He's not your typical salesman (estate agent ) he's likeable and genuine.
I would recommend him to anybody selling or buying a home to get the best deal for yourself .

Firstly I want to just thank Jason for all his hard work and for being so supportive this last year! Jason responded to text messages and phone calls everyday, even weekends! From the beginning jason sold our property very quickly and this was helped by a video of the home jason and his team did! I can not recommend Jason enough! Thank you will never be enough jason. Jason Of Ewemove, Oldbury is an outstanding estate agent. He is very confident and extremely experienced in the current housing market.
He advised me from the beginning of how to proceed with the sale of my property installing absolutely trust in him from the outset. Almost to the letter and to the day my house sold as he had predicted. At each turn he was on hand to advise me on the path to take and on occasion he advised me on certain legal documents that are in force also in his own time.
His attention-to-detail is faultless and his due-diligence unflinching. If it wasn’t for Jason, I’m confident in saying that the whole experience would have been a much more stressful affair and quite possibly I would not of succeeded.
In the future I won’t be going to any other estate agent for any property sale.

Hi everyone. If your thinking of selling your house,then please read. From booking several company’s to come and value our home not house as that is what it is. Jason was the first to come. As Jade would say Boom. From the go it was a friend walking through the door. Now family not just a friend. So friendly Easy going and saw the home for just that. Told us how to get across our home and views it had from the garden and upstairs. Unlike the other companies. Who to be honest saw the pound signs and came across as we were just a cash cow. Jason showed the warmth of our house through gorgeous pictures, then comes the amazing video again jase Boom mate. Fantastic and bring out the best in the house views and what it offers you the buyer. Believe me when he isn’t happy it’s cut on the floor done again and better. Jason is one of the best I’ve dealt with in regards to property whether you are looking to buy or rent. He really knows his stuff and is super responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have found him to be very very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to property. The way he responds to emails via video is not like anything I have seen anybody else do and this is a lovely personal touch also and deserves to be acknowledged. If you are looking for somebody trustworthy and lovely to guide and help you with either buying or renting, then you need look no further than Jason - 100% highly recommended.

I found Jason via a Facebook link, filled my details in and was greeted with a personalised video which I thought was unique and a great touch. After doing some work at our property and with a possible plan to move: Jason did a socially distanced valuation and even wore shoe slippers to protect our carpet which was above and beyond the call of duty for being respectful. He was friendly, honest and up front with fees and gave a detailed insight on how he would proceed if we were to put our house pm the market. I was thinking of renting out my property, so after a little google search and making enquires with other estate agencies I came across Ewemove. Well what can I say!! the fast-professional response i got from Jason Kelly made my decision to give Ewemove a try (I'm still waiting to hear back from some of the other big-name agencies).
Jason was happy to visit any day and time to suit myself which was a great help as I work away a lot. Once a date and time was booked the visit from Jason was punctual and professional, he carried out the valuation in a professional and timely manner. I could not fault Jason's knowledge and the help offered in ways to advertise my property and which options so I could gain a wider interest in my property.
