If I could give less then one star I would the staff at this branch have been an absolute nightmare to deal with over the last few months, spoke to three members of staff over the space of 4 days and was told three different stories all contradicting each other there is a word for that.They don't return phone calls and was therefore having to chase them all of the time to get Information.Even the seller had given up on them.Would not recommend this branch to anybody
Regarding TW Gaze property auctions, Mike Sarson provided the highest level of support and this achieved outstanding ends for me as his client. He was able to have a bit of vision for my plot where not everybody could which was refreshing and all important to me. He also offered a very realistic point of view about worst possible scenario for the sale. But his scope allowed me to importantly secure a safe reserve that was high enough for me to be comfortable with it. I walked away with over double this, so I believe you can feel confident Gaze’s has a strong audience and market. Mike was very discreet and always professional. His expert advice did mean we achieved a fantastic result at auction. I feel if you disagree with him, and want to push forward with something against advice, well, his advice is best. He was certainly right where we questioned matters at different junctures. But such discussions were always very comfortable and to the point and this meant he was approachable and able where others might show frustration. He provided trustworthy guidance throughout. I should also note Mike organised (at a good price) some necessary work at the site (to prepare it for viewings) which was also really helpful. I should note all of this was achieved remotely (at the client's convenience). Other team members provided the same high standards of efficiency and support making it a very likeable firm. I also recommend Steeles Law of Diss (solicitor, Lorraine Olpin and administrator Alison Beales) for ensuring completion within 28 days of the auction (the team worked well with Gazes). I will not be bidding at TW Gaze again because of the way they handle absentee / live bidding. I keep finding I am unable to bid only to receive excuses and apologies afterwards. Apart from the annoyance factor for me, I feel sorry for the vendors who thereby do not obtain the hammer prices they should. If I were to want to sell anything at auction locally, I would go to Durrants in Beccles.
The staff at Whittley Parish were amazing and supported myself and my husband with the successful sale of our property.

The fees for rental are way to high much more than other estate agents .they provide no facilities to pay by card yet charge you for paying in cash seem to use any excuse for an admin fee be careful . As my husband say shocking . Staff are good though not there fault

Been in a few times they are rude and very unwelcomeing and don't take your concerns seriously and leaves u with unresolved issues. Even when speaking on phone they are snotty and never returns calls back to u best thing they could so is get rid of every one in there and find nice new staff that want to do the job there bring paid for
