I have used Stephen Lane recently in order to put my flat up on the rent market. I cannot fault any of the team at all. They are all so helpful and give regular updates with what is going on. Our first time selling a property and we felt well informed and supported throughout the whole process.
Any queries or concerns that we had were always resolved or responded to instantly & we felt as if all the staff always went above and beyond for us.
Unfortunately due to external factors our planned move didn’t happen, but even with this situation the guidance and after care provided by Stephen and his team was brilliant.

Information on the property listings are inaccurate (lease incorrect, distance from station massively incorrect as well as wrong map location). Owners took the property off the market which we found out once we arrived at the property for viewing, having travelled over an hour to get there. Useless.

By far the worst estate agent I've ever dealt with. Rude and unprofessional. Please note anyone looking at a bungalow down parrl road, the correct land registry is not in place. And this is the 3rd time its gone back on the market and the reason I withdrew my offer. This should of been explained even before the viewing took place. No excuses now.

From the first visit from Stephen, we were reassured that this was an agent who was willing to give up his time in order to make us feel comfortable and to give us the best advice on the current market situation. We were confident that he would be able to sell the property with the amazing video he created for our house, but even he was surprised that it sold for as much as it did, and in the first week it was on the market!
Stephen ensured that we were able to get a buyer who was willing to give us time to look and find somewhere that met our criteria without feeling pressured, which we much appreciated, and was very supportive when we told him our news about finding our new home.
Toni, was also excellent at not only updating us on what was happening with our buyers but also in keeping everyone in the loop with the progress as it moved forward.

Sam our agent was outstanding and a joy to deal with. If fact everyone in the office were excellent.

Stephen and his team are a credit to the world of estate agents I can't fault them one bit, if you are looking for that personal touch when it comes to moving then don't hesitate to contact these guys - I first met Stephen and his team in 2016 when my family made the decision to upgrade houses they kept in touch with me through the whole process beginning to end even after the move just to make sure that we was ok has we had a few hiccups with bank transfers etc....

Came across Stephen and his associates when I went to look at a house up for sale and was impressed by how knowledgeable, open and friendly and down to earth they were and decided to sell my house through them too. They give full estate agent services at a very reasonable cost. They were in regular contact with me and gave me good advice on selling. They also knew what area I specifically wanted to move to and even rang me very early one morning to let me know a property was coming up, now that’s dedication! So I bought and sold through them! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Stephen Lane Estates and his team have been tremendous. We had a very honest valuation and he came prepared with everything we needed to know about the market we was entering.
I really can’t complain only commend about the service and communication and commitment they have given us. Even when circumstances meant we had to pull out house off the market and having a buyer they was understanding and supportive. We was fortunate to get back on the market and they even secured our buyers again.
Stephen’s staff are all really good at there job, we had a few complications through our move, even on the day we was completing and yet his staff and himself and not for forgetting Toni (who was amazing) supported us again!
I in no way want to be going through this again anytime soon but if we did I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and will definitely recommend to my family & friends.

I have heard many horror stories about estate agents but these guys couldn't have done more especially with the Covid situation and dealing with my substandard solicitor.

Stephen Lane and team have been fantastic.
We went with their, up front service, which was the same as the online websites, but other estates agents soon contacted us to say Stephen lanes care will not be great due to paying up front. How wrong they were. We received regularly information packs and calls, then when we did have a buyer and we had problems with him, Stephen Lane himself kept doing everything in his power to help us through even in his spare time. We can not thank you enough for the help you have given us over the last six months x
