Contacted Fox and sons with regard to a property that they are the letting agents for. Most unprofessional. Rude staff who cannot be bothered. Amy was the person in question. If they cannot take care of their letting properties then I shall ask the courts to push them into action._____Having just had a reply to this review after a six month wait I think that really justifies my comments.

My son and I were introduced to Daniel Luckie after viewing a property with Fox and sons. After the disappointment of previous mortgage adviser, Daniel was a breath of fresh air, he made arranging the mortgage seem effortless, he was professional, patient, and kind, and always kept us updated which was great considering how hard it was to contact the professionals dealing with the sale, whether he was working from home or the office we were in touch. DANIEL LUCKIE AT PLYMPTON - THE BEST PLACE FOR MORTGAGE ADVICE!
I have been dealing with Daniel Luckie from Fox and Sons for almost two years now. We have had house after house fall through and multiple re-applications.
Dan never once had any issues with helping us through any problems that arose.
We have asked a lot of Dan in terms of work and he has never let us down once. He always gave regular updates and would have any mortgage requirements either requested or sorted imediatley.
I can not compliment the service enough. The whole team in the Plympton office are very friendly and happy to help.

We were first time buyers so completely clueless to what to do, Dan went above and beyond to help us and talk in plain English rather than scary talk. I recently purchased a home using Dan Luckie as my broker, and would highly recommend. Dan went out of his way to find me a mortgage solution and expended a huge amount of time. I have a non traditional pay structure with a large component of bonus and would never have got as good a deal without professional advice. Dan understood the lending criteria with respect to bonuses intimately and did an amount of legwork and research that would have been impossible for me. I highly recommend his knowledge.

We moved from one house to another using Fox and sons both for our sale and the new purchase.
Stewart Bradbury and the lovely Suzie Luckie ( Mutley branch) dealt with the sale of our property after finding us a buyer, They were absolutely fabulous and a pleasure to deal with. They stayed in constant contact updating us as things progressed, I would recommend these guys to any potential buyer or seller. They guided us through the whole process reassuring and actually caring about us, totally professional in every aspect. (we did use a double agency and the others were appalling) I wish I had just gone to these littlle loves at Fox and Sons initially. GUYS I LOVE YOU BOTH.
We moved to Plympton where again Fox and Sons were outstanding, they found us just the place we wanted. (Stewart has now transferred to this office). Most of our purchase was dealt with by James once again I cannot fault his service. It was more like dealing with a mate than an estate agent, nothing was too much for him, he went out of his way to ensure things ran smoothly and quickly helping us with everything even beyond his job required. James is an absolutely fantastic guy who certainly knows what hes doing and understands the customer and their needs. I must also mention Keith who works with James, James organised with the seller for us to put my wifes plants in the garage prior to completion. Keith met me here dressed in a smart suit, he insisted on helping carry the big pots I had, again we had a good laugh, he too is brilliant. I have seen them both in the office since moving, thanking them for being great throughout the whole process.
I unreservedly recommend Fox and Sons ( both offices) due to my totally pleasurable experience with all these guys. If you want a professional, friendly and caring team then look no further, they are the gods and goddesses. of estate agency.

A very protracted purchase of a house through Fox And Sons Plympton was handled extremely well by Keith and Tara.
The difficulty came by the sellers online solicitors not being the best !! The thing to bear in mind is stick with reputable local estate agents and solicitors and you won’t go wrong.
I wouldn’t hesitate in using Fox and Sons Plympton again as they certainly went above and beyond on our purchase to make it happen.

We were a little bit cautious of going to Fox and Sons for our remortgage but within 10 minutes of sitting with Dan Luckie we felt a sense of comfort.
Dan was a fantastic adviser who spent time with us, going through options and best prices and deals for us and we really felt that it was a very personalised meeting. He didn't rush us out despite the late time due to our own work commitments and we really felt valued.
He was very knowledgeable and very efficient. He kept us updated with the progress through various emails and phone calls and without his help and support we wouldn't have been able to get our remortgage done so quickly and easily.

Table of 4 - all got food poisoning! Complained a couple weeks later after body recovered and the bar staff was rude and said it wasn't the pubs food.... 4 separate people all wrong? I don't think so!

Really good breakfast...freshly cooked good quality food...pleasant staff...and reasonably priced...wasn't expecting such a good breakfast..Exceeded or expectations, will come back again..

The food and service was brilliant. I will definitely call again. The only issue was; there wasn't always someone on the bar, so it sometimes took a little while to get served. Apart from that I was impressed

Good pub food,beer is 1.90 a pint Mondays ,toilets are not good ,but it is a pub! and will often go there.

Very nice restaurant located just outside of Sparkwell. Food is very good as well as dessert. Bus service comes around and staff are polite. Shops down the road.

Food wasnt very nice all the meat is frozen defrosted and then cooked to a barely luke warm temperature. Had a realy bad stomache and felt awfull when i left will never return
